Then do it to a cop. Or, maybe easier, do this but with 2/3 different victims at the same time Then, when you get stopped, you know what to do

You picked a great target in tailing Jeff. He quickly became aware of what was going on (especially when you guys used your mics and he found out who it was) and tripped you guys up /repeatedly/. It was great when he decided to fight fire with fire and have local units tail YOU in return. Those local units that stopped you were CLEVER, they did not identify that the white SUV was one of their own, instead stated it was a Civilian making the call-in; and then Jeff "reveals" himself to you during the traffic stop. And after all that the officers Code-4 the call without even issuing a warning. Such trolling and counter-trolling all around, it was fantastic.
It's good that they simply decided to mess with Jeff and not the other RP cops. Otherwise they sure would've ended up in an arrest with some BS reasons.
You and someone else should bait a cop into a traffic stop, then once the cop stops you should have a semi truck come and plow into the cop car, but jump out before it hits the car so it seems like no one did it. Keep doing it until you either get caught, or the bait person goes to jail.

I think the appropriate response to a cop being endlessly followed is to turn around and just follow the civilians. It isn't illegal to follow the cops, and it isn't illegal for the cops to follow you.
