      I live in Alaska and eat animal based 30. It's not hard. And pretty cost effective. Fruit and protein. Maybe a little high quality dairy and honey. If anything it's cheaper than buying all that prepackaged crap for my kids lunches. Don't over complicate things.

    • @noland3147
      @noland3147 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +37

      @@nataliefoss5629people always always blame it on cost it is 1000% a lazy thing cutting strawberries everyday is annoying making you own burgers and the other reason is selection lots of people like eating different things all the time. I on the other hand almost always get the same couple of foods. Now the meat price is not a issue normal people eat it anyways fruit on the other hand is a big expense especially in Canada in Costa Rica it’s probably dirt cheap like how are beef is pre cheap. But seriously I can’t comprehend why people wouldn’t want to eat fruit and meat pretty much everyday that’s what I look forward to but after work it’s so damn easy to just get a burger then cook one. If I ever start working at a job i don’t go home for lunch I can guarantee you it’ll be much easier to cook burger patty’s twice a week and bring that and some fruit then making sandwiches😂

Also, you can drink vegetable juices, but not the vegetable. Mostly Celery to corect the overacidity in the intestines, wich is messing up your mucus so you got no protection when u eat foods, so you don't bleed or other nasty stuff. From his functional workouts to his diet, probably the only person I've seen online that closely mirrors my diet and approach to life and it's nice to see in a world of fast fitness which unfortunately includes preworkout, steroids, and repetitively living weights in the gym instead of doing it so you can do the things you love. I work out so I can backpack, trail run, and have fun moving my body not just moving objects around my body. He looks fabulous, his skin is glowing like you can't say this dude isn't healthy. I love Paul and his work, dudes seems like such genuinely nice guy who seems to always be excited to just share information with other people! And I get it, he’s pretty wealthy and that makes his lifestyle easy to him but he’s also done videos about how to eat similarly to him while on a budget. All Paul wants is for people to be healthier and to have a better life in general. He also encourages you to eat in a way that your body responds well to, as long as it’s nutrient rich. And yes he has more freedom to exercise all day but that’s what he’s built his life around it’s the same with Will and hundreds of other fitness influencers. No different than any of them but chances are you follow those people and take some of their advise without using the same critique. Take the time to understand what people are saying and use that in your daily life as best as possible

    I really like Paul's outlook on finding what works and feels good for you regarding diet. i'm a vegetarian (& former vegan) of 17 years, and I recently had a colonoscopy because of family history, and instead of finding cancer or nothing (because my vego colon is probably superior right?), they found signs of chron's disease/a disaccharide intolerance.... I'm now starting on a disaccharides elimination diet to save my gut from further possible extreme damage that would require an ostomy bag, and disaccharides are in grains, legumes, nuts, and the majority of fruits and vegetables..... I wholeheartedly agree with Paul's statement about veganism being a great conscious way to become malnourished/unwell, even when we take our supplements and get our blood tests, because it take's years for malabsorption or intolerences to be identified and I now know the effect is more than just diarrhea or skin rashes, it's literally damaging cells and doing harm to my health. I know Paul would agree with the sentiment of vegetarians/vegans walking the talk when it comes to living aligned with their ethos, but yeah having the ethics of animal welfare, human labour & capitalism tied up with our diets has caused major nutritional deficiencies in many ways. from food being less nutritious, to food having ethical ties that some people would willingly sacrifice their health for. We should only really be focusing on eating what makes us feel good and energised, period.
