As a former insurance agent, it may be worth adding that cyber insurance would be helpful too! Cyber breaches come in many different forms. Say you are sending an email to a client or making a social media post that accidentally contains content of some kind that could cause a computer breach to others, cyber is something that could potentially address this. Enjoyed hearing you discuss professional liability, it is an overlooked coverage for sure!

As an insurance professional I have one extra thought... While you may have some protection through an LLC or corp your still going to lose that entity and go through lots of legal activities which is really stressful and bad. The insurance company takes on those expenses and responsibilities so their is still value there even if you are somewhat protected by the legal structure of the LLC. Just some extra food for thought ;)
