The first paid reading I did I connected to their mother who, I didn’t know at the time, was having palliative care from Alzheimer’s, she came through and, like you said, I got in the way of the message! 😅 I knew afterwards. I can still see images as clear as when I first saw them. Have done so a few more times.
I agree. When I began my meditumship my guides told me to pick up the tarot and use it. As. a way for me if nothing else proving to myself what was coming. Thru was real
@jennamatlin8188 all of this happened before I even knew anything about the mystical ,for want of a better word. It was sudden. The world was what I saw then it was wide open. Grounding and boundaries weren't a thing. At that point, I just slammed the door on it. Now it's just a trickle
I read for my neighbor and pulled the page of wands in the traditional rws and All I could see was the lizards and even felt like they were jumping on me. I told her and she then produced a pic of a teenage boy with a bearded dragon on his head. Turns out he was the older brother of the deceased!

If they are using Clairs that is still a tool right. So I don't think there are any no tool psychics.
Technically those would be considered skills not external tools but I get what you mean.
