It was a great experience volunteering in the Kitchen with Suma. Suma is a wonderful human being. However, I found it challenging when I tried to do the Shambhavi meditation; the loud noises from people shouting were distracting. It might be beneficial for such activities to be conducted underground so that others can meditate in silence. Additionally, even in the apartments, it's difficult to sleep at night with the same noise like they are breathing through their throat
Probably the noises at night are the kaka kriyas, is there not a time where they have night rest? In ashram in india they don’t do it at night because its common sense
