Something I do for all my leather straps is a pre-treatment of Huberd's Shoe Oil. It keeps straps supple and long wearing. Initially it darkens the leather, but as it absorbs over time color returns.

I can’t tell you how many trips to the mall I’ve had someone at a watch repair store do this for me. Yeah, it’s easy for them, but it’d be really helpful if you all would actually SHOW us how.
I change watch straps almost weekly on my watches and do a rotation since I have 20mm and 22mm. It's like having new watches all the time. I would encourage him but I don't have an Instagram account. Is he selling on ebay or somewhere else ?

Sweet straps. Shiny leather straps can easily look cheap so the quality is even more important than with the natural finish.
