The reason Sung Jin Woo is not first in ranking is because he couldn’t beat Antares before the Rulers came and when he went back in time to finish the monarchs, he was already at the same power level as of then and fought them for 27 years in the other dimension. The can beat him, they can also kill him. The only reason he was imprisoned was because the Rulers wanted the Giant Monarch to die in earth so his mana will seep in the planet and make it stronger (which happened).

I think the reason they ranked him so low is because he wasn't in his prime during that time. He was obviously locked up so his powers were suppressed, the reason why he didn't get a lower rank is just because he's a monarch and is a giant one

For everyone saying Sung Jinwoo is first. He's not, if anything him and the destruction monarch are match. Jinwoo defeat him but the sidestories show there's left over damage from the battle he can't heal. He can grow without limit but the Destruction monarch is by far the strongest.

How can Sung Jin woo grow without limit? The System isn't all powerful, its just a framework created by the Architect that facilitates the transfer of power from the Shadow Monarch to Sung Jin Woo. The items or potions he could get from it was also created through shadow monarch's power, the moment Ashbourne gave him his full power, the system became useless. The only thing he can grow without limit is his army, thats it.

I agree to some extent as with the information that we have after the end of Solo leveling being limited one could not make a perfect list. However I would have still ranked some different. Here is my opinion for every Monarch explained: White Flame Monarch Rank ? as we dont have enough Information on him and the one sung jin woo fought was probably a way weaker version of the Monarchs former self. Transfiguration Monarch Rank 3-5 as he was the second to last sung killed because his survivability was so high. Giant Monarch rank ? as we also dont have enough information on him and the one sung fought was weakened and in chains. All in all probably around rank 4. Id say that the iron body Monarch is probably rank 8 or 9 as he wasn’t particularly strong in anything and got killed rather easily by sung even before the cup of reincarnation. The insect monarch is also probably about rank 9 as she got killed before he even got the monarchs power. Beast Monarch is about rank 5 as he wasn’t particularly strong however was a bit tankier than for example the frost Monarch. The Frost Monarch is maybe ran 6 or 7 as he wasn’t tanky and died easier than the beast monarch and his attacks were on the same level as the ones of the beast monarch. Rank 2 is the monarch of destruction as he was by far the strongest of all the monarchs (he was even a bit stronger than sung) before they used the cup of reincarnation. First is sung as he beat all the monarchs an the army of 10 million lesser Monsters by himself (if you can call it that). However He could be ranked two if one goes only from their power and not from their summons or underlings. Also could he be ranked second if one ranks them before they used the cup of reincarnation. All in all was the video still good and the rankings were based of of the known information of the monarchs and their fighting power and my rankings were also based on some speculations.
back when ashborn was the shadow monarch, him and antares were equal in strength. when jin woo awakened as the new shadow monarch, he was slightly weaker than antares but not only did he surpass him in strength during the 20 years in the outer dimension, but he surpassed him to the point when he was alos handling the other monarchs WHILE also fighting antares and win against them.
Would Transfiguration monarch rank above insect, frost and beast? Sung jin defeated the Insect Monarch before he took over the true form of the shadow monarch in the 1v3 fight. That alone makes the insect monarch the weakest. Then after he became the shadow monarch, the beast monarch died only taking 4 hits from Sung jin and I think the frost monarch took less than 4 hits. The reason I put Transfiguration monarch above these three is because after Sung jin reset the time and went back to kill them again, in the manga (Chapter 178), Sung jin literally stated "After some struggle, I even defeated the monarch of Transfiguration". I always thought that the Shadow Monarch was the strongest if not atleast on par with Antares. When Jinwoo became the new Monarch he was still not used to using his powers thus he struggled against antares and required assistance from the rulers, but after obtaining a full mastery of his powers, he and his army easily clapped the monarchs...

Bro didnt read the LN, Shadow monarch aka the Greatest fragment of Brilliant and The Dragon emperor were equal in strength, they were made to be that way by the absolute being so that the battle will be never ending, since both sides were equal. The reason Sung Jin Woo is not first in ranking is because he couldn’t beat Antares before the Rulers came and when he went back in time to finish the monarchs, he was already at the same power level as of then and fought them for 27 years in the other dimension. I think the reason they ranked him so low is because he wasn't in his prime during that time. He was obviously locked up so his powers were suppressed, the reason why he didn't get a lower rank is just because he's a monarch and is a giant one

I agree to some extent as with the information that we have after the end of Solo leveling being limited one could not make a perfect list. However I would have still ranked some different. Here is my opinion for every Monarch explained: White Flame Monarch Rank ? as we dont have enough Information on him and the one sung jin woo fought was probably a way weaker version of the Monarchs former self.
Transfiguration Monarch Rank 3-5 as he was the second to last sung killed because his survivability was so high.
Giant Monarch rank ? as we also dont have enough information on him and the one sung fought was weakened and in chains. All in all probably around rank 4.
Id say that the iron body Monarch is probably rank 8 or 9 as he wasn’t particularly strong in anything and got killed rather easily by sung even before the cup of reincarnation.
The insect monarch is also probably about rank 9 as she got killed before he even got the monarchs power.
Beast Monarch is about rank 5 as he wasn’t particularly strong however was a bit tankier than for example the frost Monarch.
The Frost Monarch is maybe ran 6 or 7 as he wasn’t tanky and died easier than the beast monarch and his attacks were on the same level as the ones of the beast monarch.
Rank 2 is the monarch of destruction as he was by far the strongest of all the monarchs (he was even a bit stronger than sung) before they used the cup of reincarnation.
First is sung as he beat all the monarchs an the army of 10 million lesser Monsters by himself (if you can call it that). However He could be ranked two if one goes only from their power and not from their summons or underlings. Also could he be ranked second if one ranks them before they used the cup of reincarnation.
All in all was the video still good and the rankings were based of of the known information of the monarchs and their fighting power and my rankings were also based on some speculations.

It was later pointed out that by Jinwoo when he fought against the emperor, where he just realize what made shadow monarch inferior to the dragon was that Ashborne focuses his power in controlling his immortal army, while the Emperor focuses his power to himself, Jinwoo then realizes that and surrounds himself with his power which made him transform ,(the emperor was also shocked at that point seeing a power that asborne never used.)
