Sorry, but I must respectfully disagree with your statement. It is wrong to say that only desired men serve as relationship gatekeepers and that any woman may enter a relationship by lowering her standards. This phrase indicates that women have no choice in selecting their mates and that they are exclusively valued according to the criteria set by males. But don't get me wrong: I believe that women must lower their standards if they are too high and that they are unworthy of dating. In reality, relationships are formed through mutual attraction, compatibility, and respect between two individuals, regardless of gender. Both men and women have the freedom to pick who they want to be in a relationship with and what characteristics and standards they seek in a partner. Everyone deserves to be in a healthy and fulfilling relationship that meets their standards and values, regardless of gender.

@@filipinalifewithmia5208 nothing is wrong with what you said, only part that seem to be misunderstood is that part ( are exclusively valued according to the criteria set by males) when the gender is specified as the thing of high value in the context of intimate relationships it is always by the opposite gender's criteria and what they look for. and as nothing to do with a person's value to anyone else or society as a whole. example a nurse that helps save lives and pay tax is a person of high value but if she works 70 hours a week and wants no kids she is a low value woman(partner) to men that want kids. the problem in the west is many woman set their worth by society standard and not by what men want in a woman so they price themselves too high and end up with very high standards but the high value men they seek want other things in a relationship. i seen studies that show that by 2035 over 40% of woman in the USA will be childless and alone by 40 because of that.

Mia, I'm so glad you brought up this topic. I noticed Filipino women are adopting U.S. values because they think it's better. There are consequences for these choices. Look at what's going on in America, China, Russia and Japan. These countries are suffering from the choices they have made. Hold onto those family values. A Filipino woman friend told me to get a woman from the province 30+ years old. She was right. We had an LDR for 2 years because of Covid. I came here in August 2022, got engaged, and moved back Dec. 2022. It was a real blessing from God. Keep sharing the good stuff because the world needs hope. w a good teacher, compare and contrast examples can illustrate to kids the cause and effects of western feminism compared to trad woman on their futures, family and society so they can recognize the consequences of media trends they see and then make intelligent choices themselves over blindly letting western media dictate their choices. If you learn to think about what makes a better life young, youre more likely to avoid a hard life like feminism has created for women. Teachers and parents are critical here. These are principals that affect all whether religious or not. But personal convictions and accountability preserve a good direction.

Nice to see you again, Mia. I prefer the traditional filipina values, this is why so many of us choose to travel there and find a wife. Here in America, we somehow can't even define a woman, we have men who are now women compete against women and nobody can say boo or else face the violent left, we seem to love abortions, life is not so precious here, we can't look at a woman for more than 10 seconds, they call it sexual harassment somehow, if we get married here in the USA the chance of divorce is very high and this leads to the financial disaster we all know too well for the man, this is a large part of the reason we are not reproducing, etc...... So, my hopes are for the filipinas to remain as traditional for as long as possible. Thank you and have a lovely day.

If Filipinas become westernized, they will suffer the same fate as western women - extremely unhappy and alone. According to studies, western women are the most unhappy women on the planet. There are more antidepressants being subscribed than ever before. If you connect that with the fact that the Philippines doesn’t have the societal and financial safety nets that western countries have, it could get really bad in the Philippines - if the women develop western traits. These western traits would make them undesirable so eligible, productive, and valuable men would choose to go elsewhere to find a wife.

My experience based on visiting the Philippines since 2005 and meeting online through dating sites is that there are a lot of single mothers in the Philippines, this may be skewed by the way I have come into contact with Filipinas. What I see is exploitation of Filipinas nature by pinoys on a big scale - they disappear once a baby is coming. At the same time I see evidence of strong family ties still common although this varies a lot. I think the pattern is similar to UK, the only real difference to me is the femininity of Filipinas and their openness to engage in dialogue with older guys. After that for sure the culture is a lot different but changing rapidly as it is everywhere.
UK is becoming very multicultural now due to huge immigration over the last few decades and so the notion of what western society is or is becoming is also hard to define, our way of life is changing so much as my 88 year old mother often laments.

Ask the question, why should he waste his time with a copy of the West. Think about it! Do you think he traveled that distance for a woman that reminds him of what he left. Think about it seriously! There’s other countries where the women are not trying to be like America or any other woman. They are different and proud to be different. That their value and what makes them wanted. Philippines is not around the corner or down the street. It does cost money, a lot of money, he is coming to you because he’s looking for a different woman not the one in his home country. Don’t lose who you are! If you make the mistake and your beautiful self he will move on.

It is critical for Filipina women to preserve our distinct culture and beliefs, as they are what make us attractive to foreign men. Losing our culture will make us no different from Western ladies and will not attract foreign guys yearning for something distinctive. Remember that foreign guys are eager to travel and spend money to find a one-of-a-kind spouse. As a result, it is critical for Filipina women to maintain the cultural identity and not become lost in the process of modernization.

The social collapse of Western society is a result of decisions politicians made in the early 1900's.
In 1900 only responsible men got the vote, ie business owners & property owners.
Soon after all men got vote, including the irresponsible, due to the fact they had a responsibility to defend the country in times of war.
The biggest issue was when they gave woman the vote in the 1920's, without equal requirement to go into battle in times of war.
That was the beginning of female privilege. Governments then had to pander to the female vote to stay in power. When people vote to get free stuff, without the responsibility of contributing equally, we have a problem.
70% of all taxation revenue is generated by men in the USA.
However 70% of taxation revenue that is distributed to services, is distributed to woman. You only have to look where the money goes. Education, 60% of university graduates are woman. Affirmative action for woman only. Twice as much is spend on female health compared with men's health. Breast cancer research gets 7 times the funding as prostate cancer research, even though more men die of prostate cancer than woman die of breast cancer. I can go on & on about government funding & it's mostly going to woman.
Government pandering, to woman, turned men onto ATM'S in family law. Family law & the welfare state, resulted in not having a need to keep families together. Why have a family, when you can just get alimony, child support, asset redistribution & government welfare. The resulting break up of the family is a direct result of what most woman voted for ie (free welfare ) & governments pandering to this vote. You only have to look at voting patterns & see in the USA, overwhelmingly, woman, towards the left. While men vote towards the right to pay less taxes.

If you had things as you apparently like, pre-1900, most women would not be working at all, so 100% of tax revenue would be generated by men. How is that helpful?

But I think it's vital to acknowledge that society problems are complicated and varied, and they can't be boiled down to just one cause or one single fix. @@filipinalifewithmia5208 The solution is a complete collapse of the west. Rewrite the constitution that only give voting rights to responsible people, based on contribution to revenue. The more you contribute the more votes you get. Be a net tax payer. e.g. pay more in taxes, than your education cost, get one vote. Own a business & employ people get two votes. Own a property & be a landlord get anther vote. Responsible voters are more important than the gender of the voter.
Currently we have irresponsible people who don't contribute, don't work & vote to steal off people who are responsible.

@@CaptainKremmen It worked. Before 1900, the divorce rate was around 1.3% over a lifetime. Income tax in Australia, the UK & USA did not exist. The small amount of tax that was generated, mainly came from import duties. People had families to support them in bad times. People stuck together. People had a common culture, so they were united.
Now we have a fragmented & divided society. Government welfare has replaced what the family once did. Even reproduction has been replaced by immigration. Where I live in Sydney, an old dilapidated house is around AUD two million dollars. That's 40 years income, for 50% of workers. So your forced to have a duel full-time income, just to pay the mordgage or the rent. So children are an unaffordable luxury. Love your channel Mia. You are probably not going to like this answer, but it makes it no less true. The westernization of your women is due to the empowerment of women. It is what is it. You can point to any country that has empowered it's women and see the same thing. The state of social decay of that country is directly correlated with how long it's women have been empowered. Make no mistake about me. I love women and I have recently found a filipina of my own and started a relationship with her. She is not westernized and still desires a simple life and I absolutely love this about her.
Now there is both bad and good news for your country. The bad news is, this cycle, once started, will run to it's completion and towards the end of the cycle, the state of social decay will be very bad and life will be even worse there then it is now. The good news is that, because your country is not wealthy, it is not able to provide the welfare needed to prolong the cycle artificially, so the cycle will progress quickly. Unfortunately, quickly is still likely to be 2-3 generations.

Couples in marriage part ways anyway, so give a Filipina woman the right to get on with her life and give a Filipina woman the right to regain her sexual market dating value and giving a Filipina woman the right to a divorce will allow that to happen.
If you are a 35 year old Filipina or a Filipina of any age and you can't get a divorce and you are a married woman in the Philippines, and your Filipino husband has disappeared or run off with another woman the sexual market dating value of that married Filipina goes down enormously because now she has a $6000 dollar annulment price tag on her forehead and getting that annulment could take quite a long time and we know what can happen to a man that dates a married 👰 Filipina in the Philippines possibly that man could face jail time.

Hello, there! I'm doing OK, thanks for asking. I admire your opinions on feminism and its effect on Western civilizations. It is critical to have open discussions regarding these concerns. While everyone has an opinion, it is critical to respect and value the points of view of others.
      And to you as well!

I’ve lived in the US all my life, it’s unlikely a Pinay can beat me at that game.

@@filipinalifewithmia5208 From a historical perspective two things changed the dynamic for Western women, the pill and good paying jobs. Until Pinays get both they will lack the leverage to be Western.

Exactly Tim👏🏾👏🏾 If Filipinas become westernized then THEY lose. We’re the consumers - they’re the product. If we’re not satisfied with the product - then we’re not buying....period.
