My 2005 2.0 122hp 118d goes 228/229KM/H straight road, no downhill.
It's fully stock, but it got removed the catalysator, removed DPF, EGR turned off, removed limiter which was set on 205 by the factory (now it's on 250) even though it will never get to 250, and of course it has a remap on it which makes a day and a night difference on such a car.
I have not measured it on dyno since it's a waste of money but it should be making no less then 150hp but no more then 170hp.
The sweet spot of the remap should be around 30% for safety, unless you want to risk losing your turbo, injectors and rest of the stock parts that can't hold such a power and torque.
That's why you change intercooler, injectors, turbos, fuel pump and a lot of another parts if you are going for a bigger tune.

Geiles Auto... Besitze auch einen 118D und wollte den etwas aufpeppen. Was genau waren die Kosten für alle Mods und wo habt ihr es machen lassen? LG

Also Softwareoptimierung, Downpipe und ein Hybrid Turbo ist verbaut.
Ich hab an meinem 118d bisher nur Downpipe gemacht und habe mit der Remap auf dem Prüfstand 186ps & 435nm Drehmoment. Aber bei mir fällt die Leistung ab 3600 Umdrehungen ab. Ist das hier auch der Fall?
Eigentlich nicht alles normal Leistung ist vorhanden...

Hello in general I am very happy with the setup, the only thing I had to change were the injectors...thank you also have a nice day...

Hi, yes, of course, nothing should happen under normal circumstances. You do not need to worry about it.

Hab den gleichen, weißt du ob ein dowpipe mehr leistung bringen wurde, mein hat ein chiptuning hat jetzt 155ps
Downpipe und eine richtige Software würden natürlich mehr Leistung bringen. 💪🏻
My e87 122ps, got a remap, EGR off, DPF off and delete, decat and removed factory limitation which was on 205 km/h. Now goes 228/229 km/h and doesn't move anymore on straight road, maybe downhill will make more. On 228/229 it makes only 3650 RPM/s.

123d / 120d / 118d / 116d are exact same cars/engines... they just have various turbo boosts...
@@xxwhatevahxx 123d has two turbos. 123d and 120d have bigger intercoolers and injectors. The high pressure fuel pump is a different too.

@@xxwhatevahxx 116d and 118d are indeed exactly the same except for the factory map obviously.
However the 120 and 123d still have the same n47 engine but have reinforced parts, bigger turbos (twin turbo for the 123) and have a better fuelling system with bigger pumps and piezo injectors instead of solenoid injectors which quickly limit you when tuning.
