Recently discovered this channel! I am a frequent Bangkok traveler and have seen some of the condos shown on this channel. It is great to see the condos without having to go there in person, get an appointment etc.. Only be aware that the asking prices are never selling prices in Thailand. If I am not mistaken the cheapest Loft apartments start at around 10 MB official

Thais usually ask for discounts, that may be the reason what the asking prices are not the final ones. For loft units, the prices vary depending on the project location and class. You will get a decent loft unit located in a nice location at 10 MB.
Locanation def deserves more subscribers. Very underrated compared to other channels. How can I contact you guys so I can get a better insight on where to invest in a condo?
