I was struck today how great your video editing is. It was excellent. I love living through your videos. I was supposed to go to Asia next week but not now, but your vlogs fill the gap. Thank you Tah and Jimmy.
the croissants in the beginning of the episode look amazing. I also really like the architecture in Buenos Aires looks like a mix of colonial and modern architecture weaved together. How did you all like the Mate? If you go back to South America you should try Guayusa, its from more of northwest South America and less popular. But it has the same caffeine without the jitters kick and no crash, its also less bitter.
The croissants, churros, and breakfast treats called "facturas" are delicious. They are mostly yeast breads, some filled with " dulce de leche", pastry cream, or dulce de membrillo (quince paste) very good.
