Watching Spinnig Out on Netflix...and this song was in the final episode...i nearly fell off my seat jumping for the remote to replay this song and tried finding it....for 2 hours... Anyway...this is literally the best since Bon Ivers Roslyn...just sayin...
I listened this song before sipping out, I didn't remembered how amazing was and I didn't remember the name, it took me an hour fine the f#cking name.
Gabriella Lundall this series is sooooooo goooood I was crying 😢 when it ends, I think that this series is worth to watch. It learns about mental illness and all the struggles connected with this 💋 Ps.the love between two peoples... ohhhh shit... they can survive everything 😢💋 he was soo good to her and the ending episode is really heartbreaking but there’s also good happy ending.
this has become such a special song to me :-) 11 months ago I had a baby boy and since then this has become our daily happy morning dance song. i hold him tight in my arms and we dance around the living room in our pj's before breakfast. often it brings tears to my eyes, this song reminds me of such wonderful moments I have so far had with my son. I love the calm reaction he gets when i play it, he hears it so often, he's familiar with it's sound and i can tell that he loves it as much as i do. thanks for creating such great music Dustin!
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I hear the rain trickling against the roof and the trees outside my bedroom window... I immediately want to get in my car and drive around town with the windows down, blasting and singing along to this song, and the weight of life rolls off my shoulders. Thank you Dustin for blessing my life with these beautiful sounds.
The Breach We're all scared of trenches And grow weak at knees I want you to know that. If all you've ever wanted was a dream Then you know that I can't help you. But did I show you love In the author on my face 'Cause you know you left a hollow Where your body cut an alcove. Did I show you love 'Cause the silence never stayed It's a breach I'll never cover. It's a breach I'll never cover. You happened out the back door Laying bare this need Oh, you open up this vessel. And gather all the quivers That never got to fly And a one and only cipher. But did I show you love In the author on my face 'Cause you know you left a hollow Where your body cut an alcove. Did I show you love 'Cause the silence never stayed It's a breach I'll never cover. It's a breach I'll never cover.
i remember this was the soundtrack to my first breakup. Back then it was an ode to a feeling I didn’t want to have anymore. Now it’s been 7 years, and although those feelings have long gone, it doesn’t take much for them to linger back into my chest, when I play this song. You know that it’s true art, when it carries emotion, across time.
When I listen to this song, I find peace. I dream of a beauful place where everything's alright, everything's simple. A place where I don't feel any pressure and the most important, where I feel alive. I am truly thankful to the one who makes me discover this song. If I wasn't me and you wasn't you maybe we could have something. Listening to this song remind me this special moment we have. I'll never forget.
Why did bon iver turned into some folktronic band!?! His stuff just with him and the acoustic guitar is lovely, and also his second album has such a great mix of instruments.but bon iver turned more folk dubstep hybrid? Just doesn't seem right
This song still makes me extremely emotional. I was listening to this song when I found out my dog died, I was at the beach looking at the sunrise. I will never forget that moment. Love you Juno💕
Sarah.. It is. I heard this early 2014, and it was the fist song I heard from Dustin. And I've played it so much it's a part of me, I think I came across it after listening to some S. Carey and thought "I need more Dustin, where is it?" then all of a sudden "Illuminate" and "Home" comes along and they literally made me stop breathing for a few seconds and now there's a debut album coming. So we get to fall in love some more.
This song is my life! I love this song with my whole heart. It's such a natural song, with a calming, end-of-the-world vibe to it. I love sitting at my window during a storm with this song on, complete euphoria overload.
The line, 'Did I show you love? In the author of my face?' It hits different if you're a writer, a poet who loved someone and made them your muse. 💜🦋This song is my favourite.
yesterday i finished watching Spinning Out and they played this amazing song in the end of the serie and i got so happy because i already knew this song!!!! The Breach!!!
I only heard this from a playlist 2 days ago, I had to find it on its own and I have listened to it on repeat since then. Might be slightly going mad, but I absolutely do not care. This song is incredible. Dustin Tebbutt where have you been all my life??

@@Worrallthegreat Yeah, for a while when hip hop and rap started and New Wave ending, I was so worried there would never be any good music again. "The Breach" to me is about letting go with gratitude for lessons learned by both parties. It is not possible for us to always have compatible goals from one life to another. Dustin Tebbutt, I'm sure you'll never read this comment, but thank you for writing this song. I found it, or maybe it found me, on a family vacation to Los Angeles. When i was going through the largest crisis of my life. I remember laying on the floor of a bedroom in the AirBnB my parents rented and listening to this over and over and over. Congrats Dustin, the first time I've ever seen completely harmonious comments on TH-cam.... ever. All in agreement - Lyrically, instrumentally constructed masterpiece.
Came across this song a Playlist almost 10 years ago. Crosses my mind from time to time. Crazy how some music can sort of teleport you back to a moment in time. Everytime there is this rush of memories accompanied by diminishing emotions. Like a jar of something finite that you can only open so many times. Easily puts into perspective how life is so fleeting. I feel a melancholic gratitude everytime I crack the lid open. But I must be careful not to do it too often. It's only good for so many.
The thing that made the final couple of minutes of the finale so hard to forget and so much better, was this song, can't get it out of my head. It's so calming, sad and gives me nostalgic vibes😔. Can't believe Spinning Out was cancelled, best show I've ever seen.
It's like this song transports me to different places in my life. I feel more vulnerable, lonely, and sad listening to this. But in a good way. It's oddly healing and gives me a sense of determination. Thank you so much, Dustin Tebbutt.
incredibly beautiful song. I used to listen to it on repeat during my exchange semester in Australia...now everytime I hear it I could burst into tears because it makes me think of how happy I was and how great my time was there! makes me miss all the people and experiences we had :(

SPINNING OUT ♥♥♥
The Breach
We're all scared of trenches
And grow weak at knees
I want you to know that.
If all you've ever wanted was a dream
Then you know that I can't help you.
But did I show you love
In the author on my face
'Cause you know you left a hollow
Where your body cut an alcove.
Did I show you love
'Cause the silence never stayed
It's a breach I'll never cover.
It's a breach I'll never cover.
You happened out the back door
Laying bare this need
Oh, you open up this vessel.
And gather all the quivers
That never got to fly
And a one and only cipher.
But did I show you love
In the author on my face
'Cause you know you left a hollow
Where your body cut an alcove.
Did I show you love
'Cause the silence never stayed
It's a breach I'll never cover.
It's a breach I'll never cover.
It's in the author of my fate, just letting you know not being dick lol and I'm 100% sure
