As for their first visit, Josh and co lavished the students with a full experience with first class accomodations. But with this one, there is little doubt as to who the sufferers were- if the students were paid, they probably weren't paid enough.
I think the Headmaster in the end, is the one who won throughout this whole series.
He lost weight and got fitter while in his mid 30s, which isn't easy to do if you have no routine or past history exercising routine.
Passed bootcamp with men who are younger and an advantage over him as far as recovery goes.
And was able to see his students pass alongside with him.
Congratulations Headmaster Smith, you are more than deserving of all these incredible moments and wonderful bond you have built with these boys from Fulham Boys High School.
Not to mention being a kind, supportive person to all of them and his students back home! Very inspiring

Jayden has my respect. He's the most level-headed of the group, and he has a quiet kind of confidence. Also it was really impressive how easily he managed to complete many of the physical exercises unfazed.

@@kmw91400Nati is incredibly respectful too. The way he respectfully talks to the Korean recruits. Learns the languages. Cooks Korean food at home. Is supportive. He follows directions and doesn't fuss around. Comes in with a professional attitude and shouts commands like the Korean recruits.
It’s so nice seeing them fully enjoying themselves without the pressure and nervousness from being in the military. Also their closeness with Mr. Smith is really heartwarming. They just look like a bunch of old friends hanging out, not former headmaster and former student

I really like how Nati has really embraced the whole experience. I feel like out of all the boys he has immersed and absorbed the most of the culture.

교장선생님이 36살이라는 것도 놀랍지만 저렇게 자연스럽게 학생과 어울린다는 것이 놀랍습니다.
England should be proud of these lads. They really showed that they could perform well, together and overcome some challenges. Plus, they really reached out to their Korean colleagues and showed such a great side to England. This was an epic series.

Olives on pizza are pretty common in the US. I didn't realize the UK wouldn't have them. This series has given me new appreciation for Nati, Harvey, Jayden and Bobby. After an initial fumble, Armand came around in a very good way. Mr Smith was stellar. Going through everything the kids went through. The boys have so much respect for him.
We have olives on pizza. I think they misspoke meaning “crisps on pizza” (chips on pizza in US English) as they went on to describe the crunchy texture which is not how I would describe eating olives.

Ok, Steve the old retired US Army man here. Mr. Smith was one of the boys ! They all get along so well. The young men still show respect for Mr. Smith and also treat him like one of them. Armond saying here Sir giving him the chicken. Jayde, Max and Nati reacting to Bobby STILL cannot use chop stix. We did not call it PX (post exchange), Army was BX ( base exchange) . This was one of the best if not the best series of KE. Watching them train etc, for me it is Nati, Harvey ,Mr. Smith ,Armond, Jayden Bobby and Max in that order as recruits. Close though. I hope Josh and OLLIE keep in contact with these 6 men and of course Mr. Smith. THANK YOU KE for such enjoyable, informative content ALWAYS. as we in US Army say HOOAH !!!

저는 전역하기전날과 전역하는 날 기쁜게 아니라 전역이 비현실적이라 느껴졌던 그때가 생각나네요
맞아요. 영하 30도 그냥 찍잖아요.
그런데 일기예보에는 몇도 높게 발표하더라구요. 실지로는 더 추운데
양구에서 근무했는데 우리부대는 겨울되면 야외온도계가 항상 터져있어서 온도측정을 못했음ㅋㅋgop쪽은 영하 38도 찍었다고 들었는데 이게 사람사는곳인가싶었음

우와.. 다들 고생 많으셨습니다. 아버지의 군대생활은 어릴 때 들어 귀에 안 들리다가(너무 어린 나이에 참전. 베트남전 운전병) 선배ㆍ동기의 군대생활은 안쓰럽다가 남친의 군대생활은 철 없이 내 외로움이 더 컸어요(2년 다 기다림ㅡㄴㅡ) 동생의 군대생활(인제)은 가슴이 아프며 걱정이 컸고, 요즘 군생활하는 아이들은 짠하고 미안합니다. 내년쯤 조카가 군대 가겠네요😂

Dave is such a natural performer and is honestly one of the funniest things about this whole series. I'm so glad he's part of it. 😆
I know they’re all in very good universities and they may have their careers planned but Armand and Max would do very well in entertainment too. They have very engaging personalities and together they have wonderful chemistry. Max high key reminds me of Martin Freeman.
Ever since they were in the school series, I always note how genuinely funny all these guys were. They’re very authentic and I hope we get to see more of all of them, but if not, I wish them all the very best in their careers and lives.

I love how the boys (not so boys anymore) are more comfortable around Mr. Smith and joke with him. It shows that they have grown and not in school. At the same time, Mr. Smith allows them this "liberty of teasing," showing that he sees them as young men and not his students anymore. I think they have transitioned their relationship nicely. 🎉🎉

This experience seems to have shifted the dynamic between Mr Smith and "the boys". The shared efforts during training made them more equals than what they had as a teacher/student relationship. It's a subtle shift, but also really stands out in this video.

5-60대 교장이 아닌 30대 젋은 교장이 고등학교에서 일할 수 있는 그런 교육 문화가 학생과 선생님과의 거리를 좁힐 수 있는것 같습니다.
우리나라는 나이, 서열때문에 그런게 거의 불가능하죠.
생각해보니까 교장쌤 30대이시구나 ㅋㅋ
영국에서도 흔하지는 않을거 같은데 젊고 열린 마인드의 교장 선생님이셔서 가능한거 같습니다
