I think it's extremely difficult to see through the eyes of someone from a different social class. It's not really what is classed as "snobbery" it's just different classes have different values. We're socially programmed from day one. I'm lower middle-class and find it impossible to see through the eyes of tattooed people who breed like rabbits, and likewise, toffs who blast away little animals for fun.

How many working class folks have the necessary abilities to lead a country and the knowledge to decide on national policy? All those attributes are those of people who have studied and worked their way up the ladder and most often than not, upper classes place a higher value on education. Hence the perpetuating cycle. Friendship is built over years of sustained interactions and classes don't tend to have the same interests or frequent the same places.

All those attributes are those of people who have studied and worked their way up the ladder and most often than not, upper classes place a higher value on education. Hence the perpetuating cycle. Friendship is built over years of sustained interactions and classes don't tend to have the same interests or frequent the same places.
