Using the 15 plus and I’m loving the battery life can last for over 2 days for me Only issue is I like leather cases from Apple and they stopped making it so I’m using the 14 plus Apple leather case and it fits fine
Battery life is terrible on the pro, specially after a year when the battery has dropped in health. Pro max even after 2 years goes much longer between charges.
Yes, you do need to factor in a new battery after 1-2 years if you charge 1-2X a day on the 15Pro. I would not recommend to buy it if you are a power user.
i love it, upgraded from 14 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max (gave my gf the 14), and having Apple Log is just amazing. I have recorded more in the last month then i did all year with the 14. So at the very least it makes shooting video fun, and inpspires me to shoot more. Other than that, its just the latest iPhone, and it works like an iPhone, it is not a huge change from the 14, except for Apple Log.
I’ve upgraded from a 13 pro to a 15 pro max recently and the size is the only negative about it. I liked the more compact body but the battery in the 13 pro was terrible at the end of it’s two years lifespan. The 15 pro max however is absolutely crazy on battery life ending days with 60%+. The camera is much better almost no noise whereas the iPhone 13 handled noise differently. Always left in some leading to a more natural but more difficult to edit image. I’m not a big fan of usb c, if I plug in a cable it wiggles, but I don’t really use a cable anyway. The speakers are also a lot better, louder with more bass. I love the new design, I have the white one and it is much more smudge proof than my sierra blue 13 pro was. Overall the 15 pro is one of my favorite iPhones yet.
I’m about 4 days in with my 15Pro after using a 12 for 2 years. So far, totally impressed with the speed difference, the camera quality and using the Action Button to launch the camera. Glad I made the now as this thing should be a powerhouse for 2-3 years.

i got this phone (jump from the iphone 12) and I love it. the battery lasts long enough for me even on work days (as someone who doesnt play games on their phone or does videocalls all day). the size is just perfect in my opinion and it just feels premium and nice to use
Exactly the same. Batter life is amazing. And I felt my 13 pro felt much heavier than this because it was so dense. Yes this is probably heavier on a scale, but it feels lighter as it’s over a a bigger surface area. And the keyboard. So much better, and I’m having a better typing experience, I rarely make typo’s as the keys are so big.
With the older iPhones I was a big Plus user. I hated how big they were but wanted the extra features. But with the FaceID phones, I’ve always gotten the smaller ones. I love the size. It’s so easy to use with one hand and much more convenient. I have an iPad if I want a big screen. I am little disappointed that the Pro Max is the only one with the 5X Tele camera. But I’m not a big camera user anyways so i doubt I’ll really miss it. I’m sure I’ll eventually go in on the Pro Max, but I’m still very happy with the small Pro.
I have the iPhone 15 plus, the battery is main take away as with light use & it will last a couple of days easily. The iPhone 15 family are a huge upgrade compared to previous years for sure!
The 14 Pro was the beginning of the new cycle. So 15 Pro is slightly better, new additions (action button, cameras, materials) 16 Pro will be similar but the BEST version of Dynamic island, curved body, lightweight , cameras battery etc. BUT, 17 Pro & especially iPhone 18 and up, we’ll get new iterations, better battery development, better camera development, better everything. iPhones literally ONLY GET BETTER. (Except the One Offs where iPhone 15 Pro shatters) happened to iPhone 6. Bendgate was massive & real (antenna gate iPhone 4) iPhone 6, 6s, 7 & even 8. We’re all making the best of the same design. 8 being different to GLASS not metal but 6,6s,7 all the same but better. 14, 15, 16 will be the same way. Better. 17 & 18 and coming to 20. Big things will Happen.
One big reason to hang on to the 15 pro is that at 70.6mm in width it's the most ergonomic flagship since the 67mm iphone 7. And since the 16 pro will be bigger, this will remain true.
I'm happy with my 15 Pro (non-max). It's a solid upgrade from my much loved 11 Pro. We'll see how the battery holds up with some holiday travel in Asia.

I am not fussed about it but understand that it was a good move from the old switch as it allows some customization. So, may become useful over time especially for those of us that use shortcuts.
Is it just me that I so dislike the Dynamic Island , its the position of it , it was alright with the notch but that just slapped lower down is even worse now
Coming from the 12PM I wanted to change to the 15P precisely because of the usability with one hand. But then they only gave the 5x to the 15PM... Bummer. But so far I'm super happy with the new phone. Even the battery life improved significantly for me after some weeks of use. I also had some eye strain in the first maybe two days, I presume because of the ProMotion display which my 12PM didn't have. After 2-3 days luckily that was gone.
I would say if you are coming from a 12 or so then the upgrade is worth it anything else like a 13 or 14 is just too new and similar enough that it doesn't warrant it IMO.
I keep changing phones a lot and coming from a Flip 4, I’m happy with my 15pro so far. It does its job, the only con is really the battery life. I normally need to charge it twice a day as I view videos and IG plus gaming quite often. I used the Max in the past and I liked the battery span. The large size doesn’t bother me too becoz I put it in my bag but I like the form factor of the pro more becoz it’s easily put in a pocket and you can use it one handed. Enjoy the phone for those who have it
If you are used to using the promax , you probably feel unsatisfied with the pro version which has slightly smaller screen and less battery life . No point changing to the smaller pro version if you have that concern . In the past, i avoided buying the pro version because i felt uncomfortable with the stainless steel weight . Titanium really makes a different in terms of weight reduction. I upgraded from 13 mini to the 15 pro . I really like the compact & lightweight design of the 13 mini despite struggling with the battery light . I had to charge 2-3 times daily if heavy use. Coming from mini 13 , i probably felt the battery life in the 15 pro is pretty good 😁 I5 pro can still use one hand to type & hold

I got the iPhone 15 Pro Wednesday afternoon, and so far, I like it. Any negatives that may come of it are not due to the phone and are primarily software related, and I’ve certainly commented on that, in the community pole. I hope that I will get a mention for my comments someday on that. Anyway, I love the phone and as far as one handed usability, I’ve never used an iPhone with one hand. My hands are small, so I’ve always used both my hands with one to hold and the other two tap, or in my case double tap because I use VoiceOver. I hope this phone will last me two years, as I really like it so far.

I got my one yesterday. I like it so far. No case or screen protector yet but will pick something up over the weekend. Normally if something is more shatter resistant it'll be softer and more prone to scratches and vice versa for scratch resistance. It's a tight line that they'll probably not get 100% with both unless they come up with a new material. I found today while driving with it on a magsafe charger and carplay on with Google maps running and it heated up a good bit. Carplay lost connection with the phone after about 45 minutes. Don't know if it was anything to do with the heat but I took it off the mount and turned the wifi off/on and worked fine after that and cooled down. Then on my way home there were no issues, Strange one as I've not had any issues with any other phones (12 Pro max, 13 Pro, 14 Pro max all fine).
I have used a 12 and 14 Pro max and I can handle them. But, there are only two reasons for the Max which would be battery and well bigger screen. Max are sold to people that want to be special and have the biggest and best. The 14 pro weighs my pants down and no a few grams less with 15 Pro Max will not make a big difference.
My wife's is using the battery fairly quickly compared to her 11Pro with only 85% of battery health, unfortunately its traded in! Have made all of the suggested battery saving settings that everyone is suggesting.
Heyi have a 15 plus and could u try playing "sunroof" song from any platform, the first few seconds crackles like hell on my 15 plus, allthe 15series sounds the same but the 15 plus sounds the worse
15 Pro is absolutely amazing phone. At first I was concerned about battery life but after a bit of optimizations in the settings the battery life is just great. It takes very naturally looking photos. I bought ProCamera app which provides more manual controls and this is exactly what I want. Yes, it is somewhat higher price but definitely worth it. I would not go for 15 Pro Max because it is huge, it does not fit into hand well even if you have big hands. And I also prefer 3x zoom (Pro) over 5x zoom (Pro Max)... If 16 Pro gets 5x zoom next year, as rumors say, then I am pretty sure I will keep my 15 Pro for a long time.
I bought an iPhone15 Pro. It was terrible. Slow, dropped calls a lot, wouldn’t switch to WiFi calls, overheated et al. Plus, the button for silence vs. the previous slider is a dumb unnecessary design change. Plain BAD. I went back to an iPhone14 - which is far better, After 5-trips to the Apple Genius guys, I gave up.
I do NOT have small hands, and even the standard iPhones of the last handful of years (been on a basic 12 for the last year and a half), using single-handed, my right thumb can just and only reach the topmost right app in horizontal column one, same for horizontal column two, all in three, four and five, but only the two apps to the left in the lowest (sixth) column. Reaching my thumb outward more at the top isn’t at all possible and crooking and forcing my thumb of my right hand, one-handed super close for the far most right, bottom column apps is impossible without the phone falling out of my hand. If I didn’t need a slightly bigger screen for my gig work for maps (DoorDash, UberEats, etc), I’d have bought a 13 Mini and would also be furious that there will likely not be another one. 😕
I’ve had the 15 pro since day one and I’ve had a decent experience but there are quite allot of bugs. For example, if I take a photo that uses smart hdr and open that photo in the camera app, it won’t show the full dynamic range. Another is if you are in landscape on any app, if you close the app and open the control center immediately after, it will close because the phone switches back to portrait mode. It also lags quite a bit
Is it true that 99% of the time even one drop even with the case and tempered glass on wi break rear glass on 15 pro/max? I just bought phone on 2 year contract and i am scared that even case wont help, what? 😢
Good review. IMO, one more negative is that models with dual physical sim aren't available in all countries except in a few. The default model with sim+esim is limiting because many carriers in Ireland, where I am, don't support esim yet.

Guys is it me and my family or the volume buttons are not working on iPhone? 4 of them are affected it's an iPhone14 Pro Max, 13 Pro Max, 12 Pro and Xs Max.
For me it’s the same as 13 Pro, 6.5 keeping 80-20, 8-9 hours 100-10, but not in the same league as the 15 Plus and Pro Max versions. With its reduced requirements I wouldn’t be surprised if the 15 has better battery life.
The main feature I like about the iPhone is RAM management. It is far superior to my second phone, the S23U. For example, last night, I opened 25 apps on both phones (same apps), and 10 hours later, I went back to see what had stayed open. All 25 on the iPhone and only 6 on the S23U. I assume this is new on Android 14, as my Pixel 7 Pro also does this. This can be quite frustrating during the day and, therefore, for me, makes it an easy choice to use an iPhone over my Android for my driver.
Hey ... there's this weird feature/bug in ios with aod ..... basically if you customise your lockscreen clock/widget color to black ans enable aod specifically with the "show wallpaper " option DISABLED... your always display just wont show the clock because everything is black now
Since I last wrote a comment I have recently purchased a 15 Pro Max 512GB. Battery isn't great at all compared to my year old 14PM. My wife is still having issues with battery on her launch 15PM 512GB. I think apps are not optimised enough for iOS 17 in turn drawing more power. You would have thought this to be the opposite but who knows. Either way the USB-C is a nice feature to have. I miss the weight of my 14 PM. That felt a lot more robust. And screen protectors not fitting correctly leaving a bubble all around is driving me mad on 15PM. Not worth the upgrade if you have a 14PM put it that way.
I upgraded from the IPhone 8+ to the 15P. Loving the performance. My only con is I keep pressing the action button instead of the volume button. I blame it on muscle memory.
I’ve noticed with my 15 pro max my 5G coverage keeps dropping to LTE in areas where my 12 pro max had perfect 5G coverage. Hopefully an update to either iOS or carrier update will fix the issue
With a 30 watt charger, I get about 59/60% in 30 minutes on my 15 Pro. I still have an Issue with the volume down button being not really that clicky all around as the volume up button, might get it replaced under 1-year warranty. And I have a storage issue where the phone storage shows 46 GB of photos & videos, but internally it's only 37 GB ?
I have the 14 Pro, I prefer the smaller phones. If I need a larger screen I have several other options including the excellent iPad Mini 6 which is almost always within reach

Upgraded from s10+ to 15pro. Very happy. There are some things missing but I dont want to use my phone for everything anymore so I dont care.

i do have the speaker crackling issue on 15pm
I expect iOS 17.1.2 to roll out next week. I hope it will fix the issue that I see where my phone restarts on its own when it is not supposed to.
My battery runs out quickly for the iPhone 15 Pro i still have my iPhone 11 Pro which lasts longer and is better
My wife's is using the battery fairly quickly compared to her 11Pro with only 85% of battery health, unfortunately its traded in! Have made all of the suggested battery saving settings that everyone is suggesting.
Same my 11 Pro was much better

Heyi have a 15 plus and could u try playing "sunroof" song from any platform, the first few seconds crackles like hell on my 15 plus, allthe 15series sounds the same but the 15 plus sounds the worse

15 Pro is absolutely amazing phone. At first I was concerned about battery life but after a bit of optimizations in the settings the battery life is just great. It takes very naturally looking photos. I bought ProCamera app which provides more manual controls and this is exactly what I want. Yes, it is somewhat higher price but definitely worth it. I would not go for 15 Pro Max because it is huge, it does not fit into hand well even if you have big hands. And I also prefer 3x zoom (Pro) over 5x zoom (Pro Max)... If 16 Pro gets 5x zoom next year, as rumors say, then I am pretty sure I will keep my 15 Pro for a long time.
I bought an iPhone15 Pro.
It was terrible.
Slow, dropped calls a lot, wouldn’t switch to WiFi calls, overheated et al. Plus, the button for silence vs. the previous slider is a dumb unnecessary design change. Plain BAD.
I went back to an iPhone14 - which is far better,
After 5-trips to the Apple Genius guys, I gave up.
Right now I’m on pro max but considering moving to 15 pro. Just worried about battery
I do NOT have small hands, and even the standard iPhones of the last handful of years (been on a basic 12 for the last year and a half), using single-handed, my right thumb can just and only reach the topmost right app in horizontal column one, same for horizontal column two, all in three, four and five, but only the two apps to the left in the lowest (sixth) column. Reaching my thumb outward more at the top isn’t at all possible and crooking and forcing my thumb of my right hand, one-handed super close for the far most right, bottom column apps is impossible without the phone falling out of my hand.
If I didn’t need a slightly bigger screen for my gig work for maps (DoorDash, UberEats, etc), I’d have bought a 13 Mini and would also be furious that there will likely not be another one. 😕
PWM is there but you have to use it at low brightness , the low brightness increase the Filickering in PWM OLED , Read about it ..
I’ve had the 15 pro since day one and I’ve had a decent experience but there are quite allot of bugs. For example, if I take a photo that uses smart hdr and open that photo in the camera app, it won’t show the full dynamic range. Another is if you are in landscape on any app, if you close the app and open the control center immediately after, it will close because the phone switches back to portrait mode. It also lags quite a bit
Is it true that 99% of the time even one drop even with the case and tempered glass on wi break rear glass on 15 pro/max? I just bought phone on 2 year contract and i am scared that even case wont help, what? 😢
Good review. IMO, one more negative is that models with dual physical sim aren't available in all countries except in a few. The default model with sim+esim is limiting because many carriers in Ireland, where I am, don't support esim yet.

battery in iphone 15pro is really really bad.
For me it’s the same as 13 Pro, 6.5 keeping 80-20, 8-9 hours 100-10, but not in the same league as the 15 Plus and Pro Max versions. With its reduced requirements I wouldn’t be surprised if the 15 has better battery life.

The main feature I like about the iPhone is RAM management. It is far superior to my second phone, the S23U. For example, last night, I opened 25 apps on both phones (same apps), and 10 hours later, I went back to see what had stayed open. All 25 on the iPhone and only 6 on the S23U. I assume this is new on Android 14, as my Pixel 7 Pro also does this. This can be quite frustrating during the day and, therefore, for me, makes it an easy choice to use an iPhone over my Android for my driver.

Hey ... there's this weird feature/bug in ios with aod ..... basically if you customise your lockscreen clock/widget color to black ans enable aod specifically with the "show wallpaper " option DISABLED... your always display just wont show the clock because everything is black now

Since I last wrote a comment I have recently purchased a 15 Pro Max 512GB. Battery isn't great at all compared to my year old 14PM. My wife is still having issues with battery on her launch 15PM 512GB. I think apps are not optimised enough for iOS 17 in turn drawing more power. You would have thought this to be the opposite but who knows. Either way the USB-C is a nice feature to have. I miss the weight of my 14 PM. That felt a lot more robust. And screen protectors not fitting correctly leaving a bubble all around is driving me mad on 15PM. Not worth the upgrade if you have a 14PM put it that way.
i like my 13 mini it would be cool to have a phone like this in years
The wifi issue is SUPER frustrating, I have to constantly disconnect and reconnect to wifi for stuff to load on the 15 Pro.
I upgraded from the IPhone 8+ to the 15P. Loving the performance. My only con is I keep pressing the action button instead of the volume button. I blame it on muscle memory.
I’ve noticed with my 15 pro max my 5G coverage keeps dropping to LTE in areas where my 12 pro max had perfect 5G coverage. Hopefully an update to either iOS or carrier update will fix the issue
My 15 pro is just wonderful to me. Right size and is great for a phone.
I don’t have a 15, I’m using a 14 pro max deep purple. I’m going to stick with that. I’m looking forward to the 16.
With a 30 watt charger, I get about 59/60% in 30 minutes on my 15 Pro.
I still have an Issue with the volume down button being not really that clicky all around as the volume up button, might get it replaced under 1-year warranty.
And I have a storage issue where the phone storage shows 46 GB of photos & videos, but internally it's only 37 GB ?

I have the 14 Pro, I prefer the smaller phones. If I need a larger screen I have several other options including the excellent iPad Mini 6 which is almost always within reach
