    Is there a Dino 0-30 oil for a 1,000 mi. Oil change to dump break in oil..are they filled with synthetic oil from factory?

    I’d personally follow the torque spec once to get a feel for it.
    When I worked for Infiniti it was common for those to be accidentally over tightened and it broke the spot the drain plug screws into.

    Plastic oil pan?

    • @Z1Motorsports23
      @Z1Motorsports23  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes the VR30 Motors use a factory plastic oil pan, we sell an upgraded unit here: www.z1motorsports.com/z1-products/z1-motorsports/z1-2023-nissan-aluminum-oil-pan-p-31290.html

      @@Z1Motorsports23 thankfully you guys made this oil pan upgrade. I would never trust that plastic one for the long run, and the it doesn’t allow for full oil drainage.
      🤦‍♂️ Nissan cutting some corners

    Looks a lot like my 370 underneath. Hence why I'm not buying this car lol

      Seems like a stupid reason lol why change a good chassis

    • @sharpemang
      @sharpemang ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@spideybuildscars The thing is it's not a great chassis. It's heavy and it's way to0 understeer prone. It's ok to a good degree, but shows all it's faults when you start pushing it a little bit in corners. And I'm only saying a little bit (not full balls out).

    • @spideybuildscars

      @@sharpemang ok I agree with that to an extent then.
      Obviously the aftermarket can fix that, but I’ve heard some reviewers say they preferred the Supra to the z because of the handling aspect.
      I’d love to have a manual Z because I’d build it to drive how I wanted, but I can see that being a downside for others as well.
      Thank you for respectfully telling me your reasoning instead of just mocking me as others before have. It’s appreciated

      @@spideybuildscars Oh yeah the aftermarket can correct almost anything. But right out of the box if money was no object, I'd go for the Supra BMW Frankenstein. It does handle and feel better than the Z and I definitely think the 50/50 weight distribution has a lot to do with it in my opinion. I know why Nissan stuck with that distribution with the Z and GTR, while the GTR it has the fancy all wheel drive and tech to help, the Z is bare bones.
      But in the real world if I were to choose and money is a factor, 120% I'd take the new Z everyday of the week. It's not really far behind the Supra even though I mentioned the Supra handles better and the 50/50 split allows you to further your potential as a driver while you grow with the car.
      Just for that price, I can't justify considering the Supra when there's something that is almost just as good for a lot less.
      I just see that you can easily add a Stillen Supercharger to the 370Z and make it have the same and more power than the new Z for less and it virtually being the same or better performing car.
