Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate 🍫 compound ( 150 g )
1/2 cup butter ( 100 g ) or refined oil
3 eggs ( to replace eggs you can use 1/4
cup of condensed milk + 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup yogurt + 1/4 cup milk )
3/4 cup sugar ( 175 g ) ( powdered sugar )
1/3 cup brown sugar ( 70 g )
1/2 cup all purpose flour ( 75 g )
1/4 cup coco powder ( 30 g )
👉( add 1/2 tsp Baking powder for cakey brownies )👈
1 tsp vanilla essence
choco chips
[ Kadhai Instruction :- preheat kadhai for 10 minutes on Medium flame,
Bake it for 5-8 minutes on Medium flame then 25-30 minutes on low heat ]

I baked this brownies today in gas oven. 180°C pe bnaya. After 20 mins , ik side se phool gaya cake aur dosri side pe betha hoa ta aur jalgaya tha neche se .. taste bohat maze ka ta. Ik side se Jalne aur dosri se phoolne ki reason btade please
