Good convo - I would like to hear more discussion about the carrier issues. Prosperity would often not give a decision (yes or no) and request 5 years of medical records at client/agent expense. No agent or client is going to do that. So theyve paid for MIB/RX/Milliman and agent moves on to a different carrier. Agent starts to believe Prosperity is unreliable. They go elsewhere. Combine that with some direct express and boom. Loving these discussions
