Is it possible for one side of the face to fall back down if those internal stocked eventually break ?

pointless we cant see if its made any difference because you dint show any before and after so i take it that its just a minimal difference
Is anesthesia necessary? What happens if one side falls? Could it get infected w hair inside ?
