Dalai lamas is being used as figurehead to against China, he knows it, you know it, and we know it. India everytime get excited whenever Dalai draws attention from US, because India is a very very poor country, its ranking is as same low level as Bangladesh or Nepal and belongs to under developed countries category, in order to climbing up the ranks a bit, India would do anything to achieve it by hooks or crooks. Dalai Lama is no longer relevant to Washington ever since he proclaimed he is not seeking an independent Tibet. Just like Aung San Suu Kyvi of Mynamar who was once idolized in the west for standing up to the military junta. She's now forgotten and abandoned by her once admirers and rotting in jail. Both are useful only if they serve their masters purpose.
Is that feasible? On the contrary it's not wise on India's part to instigate anti China activities from its soil in tandem with the USA. Dalai lamas are being used as figureheads against China, he knows it, you know it, and we know it. India everytime get excited whenever Dalai draws attention from US, because India is a very very poor country, its ranking is as same low level as Bangladesh or Nepal and belongs to under developed countries category, in order to climbing up the ranks a bit, India would do anything to achieve it by hooks or crooks. Based on my experience of going to Tibet several times, I feel that the Communist Party does have some restrictions on Tibetan Buddhism. For example, religion cannot be spread in schools. Once a Tibetan joins a Communist organization (in fact, no Communist Party members among Tibetans Minority) are not allowed to openly express religious opinions. As for these Tibetan party members to hold religious activities privately at home in accordance with religious rituals, there are no restrictions. In fact, in my opinion, these restrictions are reasonable. It is very inappropriate for a student or minor to be indoctrinated with religious concepts before they have formed their own worldview. In the final analysis, this is a kind of religious brainwashing. As a Tibetan, since you have joined a Communist Party organization and regard communism as your own belief, you can no longer believe in other religious doctrines. Most Tibetans join the Communist Party for the sole purpose of getting promoted and making a fortune. If you want to be an official and make a fortune, but also want to go against the beliefs of the Communist Party, it is definitely not possible. You cannot ride on two boats. Furthermore, Tibetan Buddhism actually did many inhumane and even evil things in old Tibet. For example, they skinned young girls alive to make human skin drums (I have seen that kind of drum with my own eyes), and used the feces of living Buddhas to make medicine. You can imagine how evil a person who comes to treat illnesses and does this kind of thing is! This is actually a crime, and this is precisely the religious tradition of old Tibet. Therefore, there are quite a few teachings in Tibetan Buddhism that are not accepted by civilized society and must be banned. Although the Dalai Lama did not openly advocate Tibetan independence like the 10th Panchen Lama (this was the reason why the Panchen Lama was arrested and imprisoned), the Tibetan autonomy he advocated was to ensure the entire so-called Greater Tibet Area where Tibetans live, including Tibet. , all areas inhabited by Tibetans in Sichuan, Yunnan, Qinghai, and Gansu, drove out all the Han people and established a so-called Tibet Autonomous Region that is entirely populated by Tibetans. I am sorry to contradict you but I had been to Tibet recently and what I saw was shocking. Till recently I have been hearing what China is doing to Tibetans and when I visited Tibet, I felt myself what I have been hearing. T welcome me as a Tibetan, I was arrested and interrogated during fifteen hours in at an airport in China, without even a drop of water let alone giving food. They searched my phone hoping to find HH the Dalai Lama’s photos or something against China. I had nothing sort of that. Finally they let me go. Once in Tibet, they don’t let me stay peacefully. Every alternate days they ask me where l am and what I am doing. Even I was not free to take photos as my relatives warned me to beware of taking photos or videos. Not only my relatives, Tibetans in Tibet are so much subjugated that they don’t even dare to talk outside anything related to HHDL and CTA in exile. Their faith in HHDL remains only in their heart and at home.
So far we remember that this type of meet happened once earlier. The results ? Dream remained as dream. Also India needs U S backing in case of dealing with China -- its proven.

Dalai lamas is being used as figurehead to against China, he knows it, you know it, and we know it. Based on my experience of going to Tibet several times, I feel that the Communist Party does have some restrictions on Tibetan Buddhism. For example, religion cannot be spread in schools. Once a Tibetan joins a Communist organization (in fact, no Communist Party members among Tibetans Minority) are not allowed to openly express religious opinions. As for these Tibetan party members to hold religious activities privately at home in accordance with religious rituals, there are no restrictions.
In fact, in my opinion, these restrictions are reasonable. It is very inappropriate for a student or minor to be indoctrinated with religious concepts before they have formed their own worldview. In the final analysis, this is a kind of religious brainwashing. As a Tibetan, since you have joined a Communist Party organization and regard communism as your own belief, you can no longer believe in other religious doctrines. Most Tibetans join the Communist Party for the sole purpose of getting promoted and making a fortune. If you want to be an official and make a fortune, but also want to go against the beliefs of the Communist Party, it is definitely not possible. You cannot ride on two boats.
Furthermore, Tibetan Buddhism actually did many inhumane and even evil things in old Tibet. For example, they skinned young girls alive to make human skin drums (I have seen that kind of drum with my own eyes), and used the feces of living Buddhas to make medicine. You can imagine how evil a person who comes to treat illnesses and does this kind of thing is! This is actually a crime, and this is precisely the religious tradition of old Tibet. Therefore, there are quite a few teachings in Tibetan Buddhism that are not accepted by civilized society and must be banned.
Although the Dalai Lama did not openly advocate Tibetan independence like the 10th Panchen Lama (this was the reason why the Panchen Lama was arrested and imprisoned), the Tibetan autonomy he advocated was to ensure the entire so-called Greater Tibet Area where Tibetans live, including Tibet. , all areas inhabited by Tibetans in Sichuan, Yunnan, Qinghai, and Gansu, drove out all the Han people and established a so-called Tibet Autonomous Region that is entirely populated by Tibetans. I am sorry to contradict you but I had been to Tibet recently and what I saw was shocking. Till recently I have been hearing what China is doing to Tibetans and when I visited Tibet, I felt myself what I have been hearing. T welcome me as a Tibetan, I was arrested and interrogated during fifteen hours in at an airport in China, without even a drop of water let alone giving food. They searched my phone hoping to find HH the Dalai Lama’s photos or something against China. I had nothing sort of that. Finally they let me go. Once in Tibet, they don’t let me stay peacefully. Every alternate days they ask me where l am and what I am doing. Even I was not free to take photos as my relatives warned me to beware of taking photos or videos. Not only my relatives, Tibetans in Tibet are so much subjugated that they don’t even dare to talk outside anything related to HHDL and CTA in exile. Their faith in HHDL remains only in their heart and at home.
