The Ex-USS KIttiwake is a great wreck dive. She was a USN submarine search and rescue vessel in service from 1946 to 1994. After her service, she was sold to the government of the Cayman Islands and purposefully sunk off Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman in January of 2011. Like the other wrecks you mention in your video, she's got plenty of holes cut into her to allow easy ingress and exit for divers. You can see a short video I made of my dive here: th-cam.com/video/5Si3468rsqw/w-d-xo.html
She's about 250 feet (about 76 meters) from bow to stern and maximum depth is around 65 feet (about 20 meters).
If you don't mind the cold waters, which you're used to in the UK :), Dutch Springs Quarry in Pennsylvania has a number of fun wrecks including a couple planes, a helicopter, train car, trucks, etc.

Nice video but I would make an adjustment to your layout. Make separate videos for salt water, Fresh water ( lake/river) and then queries. Each one of these areas have unique and interesting artificial structures and ecosystems that develop around the structures.

There are several here in Guam one of which is the only place where a ship from WWI and WWII touch. The Pacific Islands have some of the best diving in the world.

What about the Aircraft Carrier Oriskany in Florida? Surely worth a mention. Nice video though
