Makes no sense, that steel won't last long and so there will be no structure there after about 10 years, seems completely pointless.....

And when the steel rots away, the coral will still be there, it can also actually reproduce because it’s in its natural environment.. u stupid..
Rewatch the first minute of the video and listen to his words. It does work and has been working for 10 years…
