Not only fraud but manipulation , intimidation and covert abuse of participants. Some participants ( adults) are treated like children and basically are not getting the assistance needed. Favoritism is use when selecting individuals for assistance. Workers are paper pushers and riding the clock just for a paycheck.
It is very true that there is a lot of turnover in non profit orgs. Founders get greedy when the money starts pouring in. No accountability, transparency, unilateral decisions made and the participants are only wanted for free labor as long as g as they don’t question anything. It turned out I and my cultural community were free labor for someone running a business under the nonprofit guise.

Not mentioned was how they also have attorney's working within their corrupt "ORG" and many of us know how much integrity and ethics they have.
I was fired from non profit in October after complaining about sexual harassment and retaliation and couldn't find legal help in Tennessee
