At the CL Final 2018 Liverpool vs Real Madrid Liverpool´s goalie had his worst day of his entire life. You asked about his 3rd received goal which in all honesty shouldn´t happen but can happen when the Goalie is totally unlucky ..that is just bad luck BUT his 1st received Goal at 28:26 in your vlog was by far way way way worse, because he already had the ball totally save in his hands in his possession and additionally he also saw the opponant who then scored standing in front of him so he knew he was there...and in such a totally save moment then to conceive a Goal is not unlucky/bad luck anymore that is straight stupidity of the Goalie in that very moment.... just watch it again...that is the actual Goal where you have to ask "What do you do with the Goalie at that situation"..I will tell you "Chasing him out of the stadium while hitting him with a totally wet and dirty stinky floor cleaning cloth"

everything stolen. mainly the last three, they robbed bayern twice, juventus twice and Liverpool. Now with var they can't do anything else, no Spanish can.
@@josecleiton6510 robbed? thats a little funny considering we won by a wide margin. bayern got a penalty when vidal’s shot connected with carvajals chest, lewa’s goal was an offside. Nothing was robbed, Real was just on fire and unbeatable in the champions leage. No one comes close, 13 trophies while milan at second with 7. Its not Champions League its Real Madrid league boy.
To put into perspective for y'all american who follow this football recently. 2005 Champions League final when Liverpool down 0-3 by AC Milan in half time, was similar to 3-28 in Super Bowl 2017. So this football had improbable comeback in final way earlier.
UCL Final 2023 returns back to Istanbul, so be prepared for unwanted result, especially Manchester City and PSG who are deserved to end their trophy drought.
More like the Browns reaching a Super Bowl and being down 28-0 at half time to Brady’s Patriots as that Liverpool squad had no business being in the final let alone coming back 3-0 down at half time against a Milan side that was one of the greatest teams ever with a hall of fame player in every position.
That goalkeeper that slipped the ball trough his hands, his name is Karius. Actually after that match he went to a meme and everybody, literally everybody was making jokes about him. He later dropped of that team (Liverpool) and went into a easier league in a different country. Since then he was going downhill
Talking about Passion. The Final 2010 (the Team With the Black and Blue Shirts = Inter Milan) won the Title on this Day for the First time since 45 years. They Made history
It's not only passion why football is so great. It's also the drama, the excitement, entertainment the ups and down. It's wonderful. It's a show to see
im a chelsea fan and i watched the final live in 2021. i got drunk during the game because it was hard to cope with the stress. so when we won i was beyond hyped. when Cesar Azpilicueta, our captian, lifted that trophy with the team i love on his flank, i couldnt help but cry. emotions run wild on both sides when it comes to competitions like this. these teams mean the world to football fans.
What I love about football is the coaches are always great ex players so not just the team is impressive the leadership of the team are also legendary beasts..... Imagine babe ruth coaching the yankees
Well, my team (Werder Bremen) never made it to the CL-Finals, but we lost to Donezk in the UEFA-Cup. So no crying here in the CL but tears up then. Now with 21 onlyfrustration when we were relegated last season for the 2nd time in club history.
Sporting CP fan here. We also lost a UEFA Cup final (to CSKA Moscow) and the final was in LISBON, IN OUR STADIUM. Fuck, we even scored the first goal but they made a comeback. EDIT: OH AND WE CRIED! How we cried.
To really understand the passion you need to know more about history of football, about how hard it is to just get in the Champions League for a team, about how it's rare to go to the final and in general how it's hard to score a goal. There are 90 minutes of pure tension and physical and tactical affrontement each time, and the game can always turn either way at any moment, but not a lot of goal are scored. That's just a bit of thoughts to help you understand the passion.
I cried many times following my team, Charlton Athletic (London based club). We were relegated from the Premier league in 2007, and then from the championship in 2009, since then we have been promoted and relegated between the championship and league one, most recently in 2020 (we also almost went out, out of business) . Always hurts but the joy of promotion is immense, there's also more passion in the lower leagues than there is in the Premier league
29:13 this game ended Karius'(liverpool Keeper) career at Liverpool, we went and signed Allison that summer and he was the difference for us, and we won the following final :D
I have never seen Barcelona lose a C1 final even if it has already happened in the 90s but all the finals that I have seen Barcelona play we have won them all
AC Milan, Liverpool and Valencia were crazy team earlier 2000´s. AC Milan was the most favorite team in Europe. Maldini, Nesta, Gattusso, Dida, Inzaghi and many more legends one by one. Real Madrid has the most UCL title and second club AC Milan. AC Milan was underrated meanwhile everybody talks about Barcelona but honestly AC Milan and Liverpool were different. Also German clubs destroyed Barcelona like Bayern won 8-2 (Barca with Messi) but also destroyed Tiki-Taka system against Xavi, Iniesta and Messi.
@Aditya Chopra Yes, true but also their achievement to be the second club to win the most UCL titles says enough. Over these years other super clubs should’ve have won more in history than AC Milan right now. Bayern Munich has now 6 AC Milan has still 7 and Real Madrid takes the lead with 13 UCL titles. So their team in those great years of them were just very, very good especially in the earlier 2000’s area every big club/team in Europe had the best players. You couldnt say Real, Bayern Munich or Arsenal are better than Chelsea, Liverpool, Inter or Juventus in those years because they were almost equal to each other of how good their players were even in the own league. The big clubs were competitive to each other like they were facing themselves or looking to the mirror almost scary. I really miss those days.
interesting story about the 2020 and 2021 finals: PSG, in the 2020 final, was managed by Thomas Tuchel, and the captain of that team was legendary defender Thiago Silva. As you know now, they lost that final. Chelsea signed Thiago Silva on a free transfer that summer, and signed Thomas Tuchel as their manager half way through the season. Thiago and Tuchel won the champions league with Chelsea in 2021. Tuchel is the only manager to get to the final two years in a row with two different teams.
3-0 is ''acceptable''. But it depends, if the team dominated and created alot of chances, then smashes the other team 3-0 it could be considered a blow out. But you once you get to 4-0 and up, then it starts to get really ugly
I wouldnt say 3-0 is “acceptable” but I’d agree that a lot of times a match ends 3-0 at the end although it was close for most of the match and it ends up looking bad
@@arbernumani3709 Yeah I feel that. 3-0 is not that acceptable, but 4-0 and up is way worse ofc. I've seen alot ''good'' 3-0 games that went back and forth
@@l.arandom1631 3-0 is not a complete blow-out, it's a really common result in football. Blowout scores are like 5-0 etc now that is embarrassing. 3-0 is far from a blow out bud
Big shout out to you guys man for real all the way from London nothing but love bro…you guys proper gave football a chance and still rock with it…all respects to you brother keep doing your thing 👊🏿🖤
I've never cried at a loss but have teared up when my team has achieved the seemingly impossible, like reaching the Champions league final in 2019 for the first time in our history, against all the odds. Couldn't hold back the emotion. I've supported my team since I was 8 (now 33) years old, my Grandad supported them before me so its always special.
Bro in 2005 CL FINAL where liverpoolfc came from 3-0 down at halftine. In the penalty shootout the goalie wasnt "shaking" as such more he was distracting the penalty taker. He was told by his team mate to remember liverpool GK bruce grobbelaar from 1984 CL final, also against Italian team AS Roma , who did a " spaghetti legs " move that distracted the penalty taker. And also won LFC the CL Final. True story. Check it on TH-cam. This one you saw was known as " doing the dudek" after the gk jerzy dudek. Enjoy.
Ronaldo is called Mr Champions league. he has won the most out of any player, has the most records including goals and assists too (i believe). literally the whole competition brings out the monster in Ronaldo. after his dominant run with Real Madrid he went to Juventus to try deliver them a Champions League as well since they had an unlucky run of getting close to winning but choking. however their team was far too weak to win. and now, he’s single handily carried manchester united into the next round, without him they would of been eliminated right away.

I saw Manchester United lost the final in 2009 and 2011 for Barcelona. I cried so much. Tried to stay away from the sport for a time but I simply couldn't. Months later I was back with the same passion and hope i had before the defeat. The Champions League, the World Cup are so important that people cry at almost any stage. Every time Man Utd or Brazil my national team gets eliminated I cry like a baby. Lol
As a FC Barcelona fan I cried, when Iniesta scored the equalizer in the 93. minute in the semi finals of the Champions League against Chelsea in 2009, although they were one man down since minute 66. The upcoming final was legendary too and only the attendees names do already tell that: Messi, Eto'o, Henry, Iniesta, Xavi, Busquets, Pique, Puyol, Sylvinho, Toure, Valdes vs. Ronaldo, Rooney, Park, Giggs, Carrick, Anderson, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, O'Shea, Van der Saar.
Cristiano’s nickname is “Mr. Champions League”. He’s currently the all time leading goal scorer and always comes up clutch in huge Champions League moments.
I'm Indonesian and real madrid is my favourite team since I knew football from the very first day. I'm not from madrid, i don't have that "it's my city's team" feeling in me but i cried when real got eliminated in the champions league years ago. over here i have to stay awake at 3 am in the morning to watch every match. so when real won the cl, i woke up my neighbors 3 years in a row 😂
How many of y'all cryin when you want a championship? Brother, no matter you were 80 years old or 10 years old. All of us would cry when our captain lift the trophy. Just IF, big IF. Detroit Lions, out of nowhere won the super Bowl. I believe that Jared Goff would cry right before he lift The Lombardi after years of doubts. The decades of agony and humiliation was paid off on that particular moment, no matter you were old or young you would cry brother. And the other one. This is the ultimate happiness of the football fans. When your national team play on the final of world Cup. Imagine the whole nation stop just for 2 hours to watch your national team playing on the final stage. The gramps, the father and the son sit side by side. Imagine that the time square was blocked for the vehicles so the thousands of fans could watch on big monitors. And the Pandemonium after the final whistle that shocked whole country. And the tears of joy when your captain lift that golden trophy of world Cup. Nothing can compete that. This something most of y'all American can't relate. You call your national league champions as world champions yet the only competitors were the team within USA.
16:29 a little background info, this team won the trophy 45 years after the last time, it was 2010 and the last time they won was 1965, hence the crazy reactions from the players and the fans crying
Guys if you really want to get a taste of what it is the Champions league (most competitive club based competition in the whole world) the 1st leg of 1/8 playoffs are next week Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a PSG vs Real Madrid on Tuesday and a Inter Milan vs Liverpool on Wednesday!!
Arsenal fan is the most painful experience. Went to the final in 2006 thierry henry which you guys reacted to carried us to the final we were at the end of a cycle of a great team but most of our players were getting older/injured or leaving. This was our last chance to win the 1 trophy we never won. Etoo scored an offside goal, we had to fight all game with a man down and henry missed a chance to score late on which wouldve killed the game off. After that henry left to barca a year later and we've never been the same.
Don't worry brader most of us who love football, we watched the games countless times and still 'manage' to have the appreciation and enthusiasm as if first time *almost*. Seeing them twice is not a big deal haha keep them videos coming we got ya
3-0 is a solid beatdown. Dudek's penalty saves were legendary in the shootout. Noone has ever seen this technique before - Polish Power! We need a Wayne Rooney reaction, I don't think you've done that one yet. Also Arjen Robben and Robin Van Persie. That Real Madrid win against its city rivals, man Sergio Ramos saved their behinds. That Madzukic goal was better than Zidane's and Bale's bicycle was nasty too. What a video.
22:50 thats why as a keeper or defender you have to make sure that when you deflect the ball you do it to a direction where the opposing team cant harm you. As a football player you are taught to always deflect wide and never to the middle, but of course its not always possible
In the case of Loris Karius, the Liverpool goalkeeper, I think he played the final with a concussion, due to a collision with another player. A doctor said that for the rest of the game he had problems to perceive the room.
The type of passion is different, yes. It is like you saved your life and the world's, your family's. Like you banged the sexiest women in the history. Like you made the best pizza in the world and eat it.
Real Madrid supporter here, I cried only once watching foobal when the amazing AC Milan of Van Basten + Guillit + Reikjaard + Maldini defeated Real Madrid for second time, I was 13. Since then I´ve seen Real Madrid winning the trophy 8 times. So no complaints from me😁
3-0 deficit is an incredible score to be up or down. That's why the Liverpool comeback in 2005 makes it the craziest champions league final in history in my opinion
I was a goalie. Saving a penalty is like the proudest feeling you'll ever have but making saves is kinda basic. Like you expect yourself to save everything so making normal saves is just another day at the office but making big saves is nice, when the whole team gets riled up and comes over and celebrates and shit. But that good feeling isn't as good as letting in goals feels bad. You can save 20 shots, let in 1 and lose and you only think about the negative. Kinda good feeling when you win 1-0 though when you've literally saved the team, they didn't play that well but you saved it and someone scored for ya
In regards to the passion within football, a famous quote from Bill Shankly (legendary Liverpool manager) goes like this; "Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that." Kind of sums up what some people experience due to their love and devotion of the game.
As a Chelsea fan I cried in 2008 when we lost to Man Utd as a kid and 2009 when we got robbed by Barcelona. Then I cried of joy in 2012 and 2021 when we won the Champions League twice
For a Goalkeepermaking a great save in a high stakes game like a Final or a Derby its like swatting a layup on a breakaway and the shooter is not expecting to get their layup blocked. See the reaction after you will see the correlation
For a great goalkeeping moment I would check out Tim Krul at the 2014 world cup, being brought on specifically for the penalty shootout in a playoff game. Personally I had never seen it happen before or after that point, must have been an amazing moment for him.
Imagine Juventus getting destroyed with 4 goals by Madrid and Barcelona. Im Madridista but I feel for those supporters. Madrid also scored 3 goals to Liverpool and 4 to Atlético. Real Madrid is savage and clynical in finals.
There have been instances where teams have been 3 goals up in the first half of a match, and ends up losing the game in its entirety. So no, being 3 goals up doesn't mean you've won the match.
Great video! You guys should react to some International soccer like the Fifa World cup highlights or USA vs Mexico in the Concacaf Nations League Final a huge North American rivalry which shows the growth of Soccer here in the states!
I haven't see many people react to him, he is not a top elite player, but even some years ago he was the strongest football player and he is probably one of the strongest of football history, it's Adebayo Akinfenwa
I think the reason why football has such a passionate fan base is because: 1) Most people support a team from their hometown. It's an intergenerational thing. 2)Most games are once-off. So that means that there's a genuine 50 percent chance that your team could win it all or lose it all. Especially in a final, where unlike in the states it's not played out through multiple games.
I’ve cried watching England lose at least 5x in my life. Not just sadness, pure frustration. I’ve cried watching my club lose, Manchester United, 2-3 times.
Yeah winning the champion's league or the world cup is by far the biggest thing you can do in any sport we have today. Imagine winning the super bowl but every country on earth competed for it till only you were left standing. Or winning the super bowl but every team on a continent fought for it
As an AC Milan fan the 2005 Final really scarred me for life. We had that game in the bag but Liverpool made a miraculous comeback. We had them beat in the 2007 Final though so its all good. #SempreMilan
Btw about that keeper that basically handed over 2 goals to Real Madrid in the final of 2018: Loris Karius. His carer went downhill after that faithful day. He was borrowed to a couple of teams and even tho he is still a Liverpool player, since back then, he hasn't played for their team again.
First time i cried because of football, was when my team benfica, lost the champions league final in 87/88 against psv Eindhoven. I was 7 and literally cried like a baby, and i'll never forget that emotion. 2years later we lost another final against ac milan that featured 3 dutch players, i hated everything dutch, with a burning passion for the next 10 years xD
2005 was the best. I remember getting done with my final in middle school and went to use to rest room but went home to watch the final. Don’t regret it cuz it was one of the best finals lol
I cried everytime Real Madrid got knocked out the champions league, I have been a fan of them since 2002 I was 6 years old then and I also cried tears of joy when they won
I was 10 years old when my team Arsenal lost the final in 2006 to Kidd's team Barca :( I was so sad that we had the lead and then got our goalkeeper sent off early on. Also, that was the only Champions League final ever for Arsenal to this date so it was really a heartbreaker
Hey I never cried of sadness watching a Champions League final ,you know why??¿ Cause Im Madridista and we never lost a final NEVER! I´ve always cried of happiness watching Sanchis, Hierro, Raul, Casillas and Ramos rising the trophy. We Real Madrid fans are lucky of supporting the biggest club in history.
That was the last time Liverpool played that goalie (Karius) in any tournament. He's now our 4th choice GK in the team. We went out and bought Alisson Becker right after that Champions League loss.
You asked how many of us cried. I cry when my team wins. That Liverpool 3-0 comeback against Milan? I almost died of agony at the half time then almost died from joy. I was a kid, and I remember it so vividly. Almost turned off my TV at the half time. My parents went out at the half time saying: this finals are over, we are going out. Lol. James Harden when he played for my Rockets made me cry regularly. Jalen Green is about to do the same, I see it. I cry when I see beauty in sports. Never cry if my team loses. I watch your videos and cry when I see genius. I was a crying mess after that Liverpool game. And my country Croatia when it's kicking ass in football? The whole family cries, screams, the pets are freaked out and confused. When we lose, though, a lot of swearing going on. And faces look like someone just sucked the souls out of our bodies. It's weird actually that my family doesn't cry when Croatia loses. We just feel pain or are saying: good job guys, maybe next time. If we win, everyone is crying 😂
Friend of mine, a hardcore Milanisti, went to sleep after they led Liverpool 3-0 in the first half. Only to found out early in the morning right after he woke up, that Liverpool was the one in the end that owned the trophy. One of the most satisfying feeling in my whole life to mocked him of his arrogance that day 🤣🤣🤣.
My team (Birmingham City) for years we’re stuck in the 2nd tier, we lost in the playoffs to be promoted 3 years in a row. I cried every year. We are so poor now I cry when we set foot on a pitch. But still love them Keep Right On is our song and motto and that’s what we do Btw you guys are great!!
I'm a Liverpool fan and I cried when we lost to Real Madrid in the final in 2018 and went to a wedding the next day and still felt miserable as hell lol signing Fabinho a few days later definitely helped and then winning the final a year later helped as well
That Real Madrid run from 2014-2018 is just crazy. 4 titles in 5 years ( 3 in a row ) . To put it into perspective nobody else has won 2 in a row since the new format was introduced in 1992. The also have the most champions league titles with 13, second place is Milan with 7.

Exactly!!
Why did I just have a flashback of van persie goal after seeing Charlton Athletic…and I’m not even an arsenal or charlton fan. #Avfc
@@hpsauce9608 ahh man, I was right in line with that from behind. Summed up that whole season really.
29:13 this game ended Karius'(liverpool Keeper) career at Liverpool, we went and signed Allison that summer and he was the difference for us, and we won the following final :D
you will never feel the flavour of real madrid until u see marcelo
3-0 is not acceptable in any circumstance lol, 3-0 and up is a blowout
@@l.arandom1631 3-0 is not a complete blow-out, it's a really common result in football. Blowout scores are like 5-0 etc now that is embarrassing. 3-0 is far from a blow out bud
@@hodtoyt3964 it’s a blowout. If you’re not embarrassed after losing 3-0 then you just are not competitive, that’s a different story x

Football is a rollercoaster of emotions
16:29 a little background info, this team won the trophy 45 years after the last time, it was 2010 and the last time they won was 1965, hence the crazy reactions from the players and the fans crying
Thank you for your info family
Guys the champions league RO16 starts next week, yall shold watch the matches live
Loving the reactions. Please react to the most paid football players and the most expensive transfers
If you are real fan you cry! No matter win or loss. My entire family are Bayern Fans since day 1. We cried tears of sadness and happiness
The Chelsea 2012 final... that was Drogba's last touch for Chelsea, a proper icon for that team. Incredible player
Not really, he came back to us in 2014 💙
Yooooo I love this , watching more games gives you more of a feel of the game and the atmosphere and tension 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 big up yourselves my guys
That's why the Liverpool comeback in 2005 makes it the craziest champions league final in history in my opinion
lovely video love your reactions

I wont call it a blow out but 3 0 in a champions league final is embarrassing.

There have been instances where teams have been 3 goals up in the first half of a match, and ends up losing the game in its entirety. So no, being 3 goals up doesn't mean you've won the match.

I haven't see many people react to him, he is not a top elite player, but even some years ago he was the strongest football player and he is probably one of the strongest of football history, it's Adebayo Akinfenwa
Bruh it is so passionate bc alot of these player play all year, to meet the best, and then some
I think the reason why football has such a passionate fan base is because:
1) Most people support a team from their hometown.

Lol.

That Real Madrid run from 2014-2018 is just crazy. 4 titles in 5 years ( 3 in a row ) . To put it into perspective nobody else has won 2 in a row since the new format was introduced in 1992. The also have the most champions league titles with 13, second place is Milan with 7.
