The reason you fell asleep is due to the massive amounts of carbohydrate in that recipe. Semolina is so high in carbs then you add 2.5 tablespoons of sugar too 😳. If you eat this daily there's a chance you'll become insulin resistant unless everything else you eat after it is zero carbs.

Yum! I grew up eating something very similar in Germany, we call it Griessbrei.
I grew up on that but know it as cream farina and i use butter salt and sugar. Yummy
