Recognize the problem.
Repent of anything that you've done that exposed you to the curse.
Renounce. Declare that you are no longer going to be subject to this thing.
Resist. Resist the devil and he shall flee from you.
Establish a clear scriptural basis for your release.
Ex: Luke 10:19 "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you."
Confess your faith. Commit yourself for obedience.
Confess any known sins, yours and your ancestors. You are not guilty of your ancestors sins, but may be effected by it.
Then Forgive anything against anyone.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit thru faith.
1. Confess your faith in Jesus Christ
2. Commit yourself to obedience
3. Confess any known sins of yourself or your ancestors
4. Forgive all persons that have done you wrong
5. Renounce all conduct with the occult by you or your ancestors
6. Commit yourself to get rid of all occult objects in and around your house

My father kept saying I was stupid and not trustworthy, not dependable. Since then, I had difficulty pleasing him and meeting his expectations about me. Through this word may I be lifted from my father's curses and may God bless both of us. Amen

I am no good at math, I hate math and have never been good at it. In truth math anxiety kept me from going to college after listening to this I know why. I was terrified of my 4th grade teacher, she was an older woman with a nasty disposition and no patience with students who had problems. She enjoyed sending students to the blackboard to do math problems and one day, to my horror, I discovered I was the only one standing struggling to figure out the problem. Out of patience she grabbed the chalk out of my hand and told me to sit down. If they waited on me they would be there all day you can't do it, you can't figure it out. From that point forward I was no good at math in fact I was awful. I wish this lesson had been available years ago, I could have broken the curse and gone to college.
Heavenly Father I come to you with a contrite spirit asking you to please forgive me of all my sins and sins that have caused a curse on me and my family through sin and from previous generations of sins from my bloodline. I ask you to wash me and my family clean with the blood of Jesus and I ask that you guide my life and the life of my family from this day forward. My dad cursed me before I was born. It has reached fruition. Under the force of his hatred I hurt myself.

I have watched this preaching about 3-4x in different days, but on the 3rd & 4th, I followed and pronounced the prayers after him.
