The police can't enforce it. The court could.
Police can't typically enforce Visitation, and then Kid told them he's afraid to go with Dad. Have go threw the Courts to complain. Been that way for 50yrs where I'm at, first me as Kid then my Kids

Nope, Police wont and can't enforce Court Order Visitation in most situations, have use the Courts and file complaint. Even if they were able here after the Kid said he was afraid to go with Dad they wouldn't make him. Is what is, most time the "Friend of the Court" doesn't help the Child like they should let alone the working present Fathers

I've been in the child situation and you can't go to court it'll take 5-6 months to see a judge and then she can do it again and again. My X did it to hurt me.
That first lady was right (and amazingly composed). Of course Walmart can print a duplicate receipt, of course they can check the video, of course they can check the point of sale data, of course they can give her proof that the money had been refunded. The "manager" was a lazy, cowardly, dipshit who could have fixed this in 10 seconds. He simply did not want to admit that he was wrong - instead he wasted police time and money, other Walmart time and money, created a scene in front of other customers (who I guarantee sided with lay) potentially costing future business & negative customer sentiment.
I haven't spent a dime at a Walmart in several years because they disgust me. They come into a town, pay off local officials, drive small business away causing them to have to be employed at Walmart. Become the single source of income, tax revenue, food & home goods - small towns become dependent. Once a store slips below a certain profit rate - they shut it down.
No jobs, no groceries, no tax revenue, no home goods, no health insurance, no pharmacy - small town can't survive
Meanwhile, the billionaire Walton Family pays for their super-
yachts and plastic surgery out of the "charitable" fund they set up to avoid paying taxes.
TLDR: Walmart sucks
I used to work at Walmart, and everything you said is true, now I didn't work for that Walmart specifically, but I do know that Walmart would have to provide camera evidence if police asked for it, (clearly in the video, it seems like they didn't even try to reason with her, and help her with the video), the manager should at least printed another copy for her, its the least he can do.
