They will take her somewhere to get her help. She most likely is having a mental breakdown from dementia (possibly the first severe one), so she'll need constant supervision from that point on. It's super sad, but also super scary so I'm glad no one got hurt! My grandma had dementia and towards the end, she tried to stab one of the nurses with a pair of sewing scissors she had somehow managed to hide in her wheelchair. Luckily, everyone was safe and they kept a much better watch on her after that. It's horrible seeing someone that you knew your whole life as a sweet, rational person who wouldn't harm a fly suddenly becoming violent and angry.
