Oh wow, the previous occupants have left all their furniture and belongings behind. I would be embarrassed to leave somewhere in that state. They must have had to leave in a hurry. Surprise! Interesting when you said you have seen the outside of the house, but you don't know what you will find inside. At least that house wasn't too horrible on the inside. I am surprised you can flip it that fast as well. It looks really nice and I am sure a new home owner will be happy with it. 👍
As some of the others have mentioned, we also have enjoyed "flipping" houses shows, Eva and Victor. My first though as you entered was it wasn't too bad. Certainly junk filled and dated, but still some things that could be salvaged and worked with other than just the tile. Did you just have to add granite countertops to the existing lower cabinets? I noticed you kept the same general layout and thought maybe it was possible. All the updates came out nicely! Quick turnaround and we hope you did well! I can't really venture a guess on the price you received not knowing the market there, but your asking price seems reasonable. I believe the area is fast growing! We we're there last year and couldn't believe by how much! Enjoyed the reno's.
@Travelingtramps thanks for the comments. We removed All the cabinets in kitchen and baths, New roof, AC, elec meters. The only thing we kept was the floor. Stay safe out there friends. 🫵🙏

But if you get the chance, then that's it.😉👏 He's looking for property right now, but that would be too big for him. This all has to be in perspective, and Orlando would also be too far away from Boca Raton to get to work every day... 😁 But as I said, it turned out well, you'll definitely find someone who will accept the offer... 😊👌 Best regards Wally
