Great vid. Good to know and to make people aware of edible ‘wild’ plants. Used to eat this in the Cubs on camp. Smyrnium olusatrum, is its Latin name, and used to be grown a lot in country herb gardens, Andy. It obviously escaped like a few of our other kitchen garden herbs. All the best.👍🏾😉🇬🇧
