I mean as a Cern main, i think he was counting on his autos having 26 flat pen, but the team value that exe has cannot be understated. Not to mention it increases the damage all of your abilities do...
Start manikins and u out trade almost every jg early with if if they're not aa based. Max ur 3 bc of the root duration and free aa's. hastened is op early because of more manikins procs. That's like 90% of ur damage early.
Hey you should do a bad god review and play them and give commentary on what u think hi rez should do to make the god better. Such as vamana. I think he should be able 2 use abilities in his ult. Obviously the numbers would have to be toned down but it would make it to where and dosnt just shaft him as hard. But you could do whoever!
