When I click on the go live it takes me straight to the manage area now. When I click on create a new stream instead of using an old one I get a message saying their is two streams using the same key. I can't find what other stream they are talking about. it's not anywhere on my channel and I didn't create one. I got a spamming warning/strike for breaking community guidelines. The Thumbnail and title is something I have use multiple times before and I triple checked to see if I might have broken any rules and I make sure not to. I had to cancel the stream because it wouldn't go live with the one I created and it was just a default one that I have no idea where that one came from. I have been creating live streams for over 3 years and never had this problem.

I've learned not to open my encoder before I start going in to manage a stream. It's helped a lot with this issue as for some reason OBS sometimes starts on it's own, and messes things up.
Are there any innovations planned for streaming? Emoticons, gifs, or the ability to use hyperlinks to describe streams. It's just that these emoticons look creepy in the chat, as if from 2004 I hope the translator has translated well😀
I just tried to go back to TH-cam Studio Dashboard (I'm using browser only not App) and tap the Go Live icon again and then a pop-up window shows up again just like the first one that I've saw then I can choose if it's Built-in Webcam or using Stream Software. I'm just experimenting on clicking and checking a while ago but haven't tried Streaming.

Is it no longer possible to create streams with auto-generated stream keys? I have a workflow that was working flawlessly before a recent update. It allowed me to generated multiple scheduled streams, all with auto-start enabled. Since all streams had unique auto-generated stream keys, I could send out they keys to the different individuals triggering the streams (sometimes multiple unique streams at the same time). It seems as though this is no longer possible without creating a custom stream key for every single video individually, which isn't the greatest option considering we stream 30-40 times per month. Any help would be appreciated. I just need auto-generated keys to come back!!!
In setting up an scheduled stream using Live Control Room, where is the "share" URL listed? We would want to know and share the stream URL in advance of the event. In Classic TH-cam the share URL is provided.
for those getting “MULTIPLE STREAMS FOR SAME KEY” error message I found this by a TH-cam tech The fix for now: Navigate to the Stream page on the left hand side Create a new stream key you will not use for streaming (do not reset the stream key) - you can label this to make it stand out. Select the newly created key for the stream you currently have on the Stream page. Go back to the Manage page on the left, and schedule a new stream using a different stream key - this should be the stream key you have pasted in your encoder. Essentially, you want to make sure that you are not using the same stream key in the Stream page compared to the Manage page. We are aware of this issue and are looking to fix this conflict ASAP.
This is great. I assumed we did most of the things in the streaming software, but helpful to know we can do much more using Live Control Room and the highlights is a new one on me, which is great for bite-size content for social amplification.
One of the main reasons I do not use this live control interface and still resort to the legacy one is due to the fact that I have to open this and click go live even if I already started transmitting with my encoder. Whomever decided this is a good idea... Well... It not. Should had an option to automatically stream as soon as your encoder sends the signal. This makes no sense.
Yes totally agree, why have TH-cam removed the option of auto starting when the hardware encoder starts streaming? We will have to move everyone over to a different platform. bye bye YT.
I want to know if created scheduled livestream can be postponed ahead or not?? Means can we change date and time of stream after scheduling and creating it??

I feel your pain. Having the same issues. I know several streamers that had two streams show up simultaneously, including myself. It's a didaster!

It's in the stream screen, top right, next to Go Live, there's a Share button there :)

Delete the live Webcam stream that's set up from manage. Then schedule a new stream it will default to the scheduled stream again as normal 👍
