Hooray! CW will finally have a good looping coaster! Random note, I happened to look to the left at the 1:42 mark and thought that I was watching someone fall off of Windseeker. Took me a moment to realize it was the SlingShot lol. Anyway, Yukon Striker looks amazing! Congrats to Canada's first dive coaster.

Finally a dive coaster that doesnt hit a brake run after 5 seconds! Looks like itll be the best dive coaster around, but I still dont think itll be anywhere near the top coasters in the world. Dive machines usually just bore me a bit, but I suppose that could just be me.

That's why I prefer Oblivion to Sheikra. Cuts out the flab (the entire layout after the drop) and has excellent theming

Huh! This looks good, and I think it's nifty that it's interwoven with Vortex and uses the pond. Big, quick, and some fun inversions. Though... are some of the inversions taller than the Mountain? Man, back when the park opened (and I was much younger) that mountain seemed TOWERING, now it's being dwarfed by several of the coasters. :P Gotta make it back to visit someday!

YESS!!! I'm a Canadian and I've been waiting for a new coaster for so long, the Leviathan is fun but the drop is the best part and then it gets boring after a while (my opinion, no hate)

This is actually a unique dive Coaster! The first half looks great, but after the brake run, it’s kind of disappointing. I’m still going to ride it
This looks awesome, although I think it could do without the mid course break run. There’s only one more turn after it before the final break run and that space could have been used to put another inversion to further solidify the record.

TheJewelOfJool Fury 325 doesn’t have a mid course break run and it runs three trains. Same with Millennium Force. They could have done a larger station that fits two train so that one train can load, one can unload, and one can be in motion on the course.

My Account Look Up Valravn at Cedar Point, Sheikra at BGT, Griffon at BGW, Oblivion at Alton Towers, Diving Machine G5 and Something Fancyworld, Western Regions Heaven, or any other dive coaster to see that many like this already exist
I live in UK, been on Oblivion 20 or so times. I know my coasters, I just didn't know this one, especially as the video is CGI & it hasn't been built yet, hence my original post!

Cosmic Cretin Wonderland now has three world-class coasters, as well as a rare, fun suspended coaster. I’ll give you that the drop between the “Big 3/4” is noticeable, but it isn’t that bad with such a stellar top lineup. Plus you have one of the best flat ride collections in North America. Wonderland is far from being one of the worst lineups in the world!

I do not understand why it would be the fastest. Shambhala, at Portaventura, in Spain, is 134 km/h fast, and Formula Rossa, in the Ferrariland of Dubai, can reach up to 240 km/h.
Theme Park Review's headline says its the longest 'drive' roller coaster. It's the longest DIVE roller coaster (no R) but not the tallest, nor the fastest. A dive roller coaster is a 90 degree vertical drop. I think the Fury 325 in North Carolina is still taller, at 325 feet high. Its drop is not true vertical, so its not the tallest Dive coaster. Nitpicking, I know.

I don't think it's the fastest dive coaster...... There is one in Poland in Energylandia called Hyperion and it goes 142 km/h and it goes into an underground tunnel just like this one . Well,it does seem amazing anyway !

Some odd transitions and little pieces of slightly offset banking that I find a bit unpolished. I'm not sure if it's lazy design, constrictive software or just collision avoidance but I don't like it.

Dive coasters are fun, but every single one of them has made me queasy. Not because of the layout, but because of the vest restraints and way the brakes engage with a forceful series of pumps instead of one smooth motion.

The gate that opens actually looks like the Ride called “Valravn” At cedar point. Both the gates looks a lot same.

It’s a dive coaster made by the same company so of course it’s going to be similar. Also this one has a vertical loop and goes into an underwater tunnel. Exact copy is not the word to use and I would not call it an ripoff.
I no engineers no what there doing and I'm no engineer. But i dont like the other coasters support beam being on top of the first drops tunnel.

As far as coaster renderings go, this is pretty damn good.
Azael X one of my favorite parts of new coaster announcements is watching the renderings. I’m not even kidding. It’s crazy how much attention to detail is put into these and each year it gets better and better. It’s obviously not the greatest animation quality in the world but it’s still really cool to see it evolve.
