It's astonishing how kind and respectful people were to an American presenter. No animosity what so ever despite of what the US did to that country and its people. Not just the 2003 invasion, but the 13 years of brutal sanctions that preceded it. Lovely people.

Mosul is my homeland, I lived here for 6 years before isis occupied this city, there was good memories until it's all shattered into pieces, I'm so glad that mosul is liberated and one day, I hope I get to visit there.

I was there in 2006-2007. Even when it was fully engulfed in war, Mosul is a very charming city. The people there have a great sense of humor.

Al-Mosal was a tourist destination for all Iraqis in the eighties and nineties, and one of the cities of Iraq, which is the second largest city in Iraq after the capital, Baghdad. It was destroyed by ISIS and plane strikes.

Wow there's never a dull moment or even a second of boredom because you do your videos so well. Who would've known that Mosul had pizza shops and ice cream parlours the world would've never known but thanks to all your videos it's giving people an insight into a country that no one knows other than war. That last place you went with the ice cream had a phenomenal interior design
