Just upgraded my XParticles licence with the Black Friday deal. I tried out that previous tutorial and ran into similar issues as people were having in the comments. I'm so glad to see you've post a new tutorial, I wasn't ready to go back to R23 :) Thanks for posting this, excited to start learning XP again.
Nice! I renewed my Insydium fused account on black friday too haha. I considered not renewing because of the development of C4D's native particles but I love XP
@@s_glow7463 yeah definitely but I haven’t been super impressed with what I’ve seen of the advection for the new particles but I’ll have to play with it and see if I can get it pushing something similar

@@TheRustedPixel yeah wasn’t it quite laggy for a while or something? Can’t quite remember. I used 2024 for this tutorial it’s pretty stable there!
