I love scrambled egg and french toast. I believe French toast was a farmers recipe used for stale bread so they didn't have to waste it. Nowadays, it's a restaurant breakfast favourite. Having said that, mate, gizzards will never be a favourite. Just saying. LOL.
Its funny you say that, because I could nor disagree more...lol If I had to eat the heart, liver, and gizard every morning for breakfast, life wouild be good..lol

Good morning Paul. Great looking breakfast. I like the way your scrambled eggs look. Several years ago I ordered scrambled eggs at an eatery of some sort. The color was very uniform and tasted like powdered eggs. 🤢 I don't order scrambled eggs any longer. Best wishes Bob.
I have had my share of powdered egg breafkasts over the yers, it is a perk of working in places that are disgusting and hard to get out of...lol Not something i would expect to have to pay for though.
We call ‘em French toast sticks...loaded with maple syrup, butter and powdered sugar....delish 😋
I don't do the sweet version but I know most do, its a good breakfast either way.

The pan get lots of use and mostly cooking over wood fire, the ouside has a nice layer of "wood Smoke" on it, it's not smart to touch the outside..lol
