- Winter Kuari Pass Trek in December 2021
One of the most beautiful winter treks, under the shadows of the mightiest mountains in the Himalayas - Dunagiri and Nanda Devi.
The route along the Lord Cuzon's trail - Joshimath - Dhak - Tugasi - Gulling Top - Tali lake - Zandi Top - Kuari Pass.
The trekking company was Trek The Himalayas.
are the gaiters and micro spike provided by the agency??
Yes
Brilliant video mate. I know the number of views aren't justifying this video. Awesome ❤️
Really appreciate the amount of hardwork you put it brother!
I appreciate that!
Nice video bro, Appreciate your efforts in filming and editing this amazing video.
We're planning for this new year but we're confused to choose between Kedarkantha and Kuari Pass Trek, What do you suggest?
And the total distance of this entire trek?
Thank you!
Both are beautiful treks. Kedarkantha is unmatched in its summit climb, Kuari pass in its mountain views. But if I have to choose, I’ll go with Kuari pass because of lesser crowds.
Total distance of kuari pass trek would be around 20km.
Hi, Out of all treks in Uttarakhand which mostly offers packages from Dehradun/Rishikesh or near by areas. Which one is best for beginners?
We're yet to finalize our Trek need your suggestion.
@@vamsishashank hi, I think dayara Bugyal and chandrashila are probably the easiest of the lot. I’ve been to chandrashila. The summit climb starts from Chopta, which is literally accessible by roads. We skipped day-2 of the trek because of rain and directly went to chopta. Such things are not possible on treks like kedarkantha and Kuari pass. Having said that, you still need some preparation for these easy treks too. 3-5km running preparation recommended. You would be able to enjoy if you prepare well.
And if you can run 5km in 40mins, you can comfortably do any of the following 5 treks - kedarkantha, Kuari pass, Chandrashilla, dayara Bugyal, Brahmatal
What date?
26 to 31 December

When was this in December
26 to 31 December 2021
can we rent go pro or do you have any contact from where we rent go pro?
Your visit date and best snow timing
I am planning Kuari pass in coming December....Can you guide about Mobiles....Do we get mobile range. How do u charged ur phone and other gadgets...?
I remember having mobile range till the first camp. After that, didn't have much range. I anyway keep my mobile on flight mode most of the time to conserve energy in battery for recording. I had a 20000mAh power bank which was more than sufficient to keep my mobile alive for the duration of the trek.
Microphone Sound isn't good
Hi, may I know the dates of this trek please
26 to 31 December 2021
I am also planning for this trek

Can a complete beginner go there? And I have a question about BMI because my weight is 46kg which is very less so will it be a problem for me to go there? Your reply will be appreciated
Yes, a complete beginner can absolutely do this trek! But you will have to prepare for it. The only preparation I would recommend is making yourself able to run 3 to 5km within 40-45mins. This should develop enough stamina for you to be completely comfortable on this trek.
Hello !! Kindly suggest me which would be best between kuari and kedarkanta in this December . Am confused.plz suggest
Both are beautiful treks. Kedarkantha is unmatched in its summit climb, Kuari pass in its mountain views. But if I have to choose, I’ll go with Kuari pass because of lesser crowds.

Can first timers do this trek ? Starting Date Dec 27. And which trekking company you went with?
Yes first timers can do this trek. Two of my friends were first timers on this one. I went with trek the Himalayas for this trek.
bro did exactly when did you travleled in december because we are planning to travel in december especially for snow so do we get to see snow if we travel in december please replyyy bro
We did this trek in the last week of December-2021. Generally you will get snow around that time. But last year was an exception- there was almost no snowfall in Uttarakhand in December. So I did not get snow last year. If snow is absolutely mandatory requirement, I’d suggest plan in January first week onwards.
Beautifully encapsulated by your camera and creativity.
Is it necessary to have a trekking company with a guide or can this be done without it?
Thanks for your comment!
I would say it is definitely possible to do without a guide. One can camp just near to the indiahikes and TTH camps for water source. The first camp is very close to a village. Second one is a little remote. But one would have to carry everything including tents and food for 2-3 days along the way.
Hey. What were your trekking dates?
26 to 31 December
@@PCC276 Hey. Was it crowded when you guys were on the trek?
@@jainamshah6926 no. Only two TTH groups on the trail with us (40 trekkers at a time at a campsite). Indiahikes has a different trail. Didn’t see any other trekking company.
@@PCC276 Will there be snow from 8th Dec onwards? When does it start snowing?
@@shilpakona4316 the first snowfall of the season I think is expected around 15th December.. the historical weather data shows higher probability of snowfall in 3rd week of December. There is a good chance of finding snow on the trail after this week.
Hey brother! Great Vlog. I see since you have also done Kedarkantha, between this and Kedarkantha which one did you like better weather for snow or other reasons?
Both are beautiful treks. Kedarkantha is unmatched in its summit climb, Kuari pass in its mountain views. But if I have to choose, I’ll go with Kuari pass because of lesser crowds.
@@PCC276 Thanks! 😀 And what about snow? which one had better snow experience?
I am zeroing down on Kuari pass for this December.
@@utsavsharma5713 Kuari pass was better snow experience only because of lesser crowds.
@@PCC276 Okay. Thanks bro! itna jaldi jaldi reply kiye tum 🥹 ❤. Kuari pass it is then.

Trekking company - Trek The Himalayas (TTH). Charges were approx 10k per person.
I don't know why, but of all the kauri pass videos I have watched, I find this to be my favorite. Serene! Thanks!

In the last week of December, yes, we can expect snow from day-2 of this trek.
Beautifully captured ❤️
Thanks!
Looks spectacular! 👍
Thanks Pradeep! 😊
Where do you guys charge your phones or cameras while trekking?
🤣🤣
I used a powerbank for my mobile and I carried an extra battery for my camera. This usually works for a trek of 3-4days like kuari pass.
