I'm not that excited about this per se - but I am excited about what more talented people can do with it that I can copy!

I thought it may be great at first BUT from what I've read python code is at Microsoft's end of the server (not your local machine). Apparently anywhere python is inserted it acts like a volatile function; seriously affecting performance, so you can't have much python in your spreadsheet, refreshing each time you click inside a dataframe I'd imagine. i have not been lucky enough to receive the python in excel despite updating to the latest build in the Insider 365 beta channel.

Python is the excellently language and one of more used languages in Microsoft projects. I wanted an Excel that was secure and easy to use ironPython in it. The current version is very similar to most of my expectations and is revolutionary. I want this powerful language to be used by more people.

Hi Kenji, I am a huge fan of your videos and all your advice. I have an interview excel test coming up and I was wondering if you have any videos on that? Like what sort of questions to look for? I was told it would be basic cash flow definitions, WACC calculations, and fundamental financial statement questions
    Thank you

At this point why even use excel? If you want to create good visuals with python you need many more lines of code. Easier to just put the data in a csv, import and manipulate with pandas. Then matplotlib however much you want to tweak to perfection.
