But a genuine question, is there a demand for such premium projects which are 6000+ sq ft? We have other such projects by SAS, Poulomi, DSR and many more. I find it difficult to believe that there is such a demand looking at the available units upcoming.
We believe the sales of such units will be slower but the number of units in such projects are also much lower (typically between 100 to 500) than the bigger gated communities which usually have over 1000 units. We would consider this phase as an evolution of a new trend in Hyderabad and in a few years we should see quite a few such projects coming up. Top developers like Aparna, My Home, Jayabheri, DSR, Fortune, Vamsiram and more have already entered this space and also coming up with more such projects.
Even I feel a bit surprising but things getting sold in few days like MyHome 99 all apts sold within few days and also Myscape road is filled with highrise 6k+ sft apartments only.
