This house has not built with a proper planning. Every where wastage of space. In fact this can be converted 6bhk easily if they would have planned properly. House is old and flooring is also old not as per nee trend when we invest that much money. Who ever buy this has to invest atleast 1 cr for present style modification

It seems like that, but no. At 4K resolutions, picture quality degrades on large screens with mobile phones. It’s a popular misconception.

Real Estate in Hyderabad is very expensive lately and this villa is in a very premium location. Hence, the surge in asking price.
Depends on area. In Jubilee hills, 2 lk per sq yd and the land cost itself will be 17 to 18cr.
