A big thing is that a lot of these ppes have divine/legendary pets which makes it so much easier and can carry you through almost any boss as long as you dont get insta popped or hit by pet stasis

Well technically a perfect ppe is fully exalted and every possible swapout in the game for the class, but because thats ridiculous its just peoples standards, an 8/8 ppe could be the best day of their life for a red star but for others it could be just the minimum of an ok ppe.
I mean if you manage to fully exalt a class with a single ppe I'd consider that 100% winning. Although it's rotmg there's no real winning. You just get as far as you can with as many good drops as you can
to me it kinda gets boring after all stats are maxed like there is no point in doing the dungeons besides that one rare item my favorite part is 100% maxing the stats because it actually feels like i'm making progress.
