Finally, I was that guy who, for months, kept asking you "Is the strongest shot in RotMG video ready yet?" I even had you locked in game just for that mere purpose xD I always thought that it will be an archer but the seal changed the deal.
I think the reason why the seal after effusion is bugged is because the same reason why the 2nd effusion consumed is never as good as the first. With the +stat buffs, the 2nd application of the buff while it's still active will always be half of the intended amount, with this stacking. So if you could theoretically spam the seal and stack it, it would grant 150 then 75 then 37.5 and so on.
I'm pretty sure the maximum displayed damage for a weapon never actually happens because the game is programmed to generate a damage number between the minimum and maximum, which means either end will never happen. Pretty funny basic oversight in programming there

I wouldn't know why it would do this since that's pretty dumb but they prolly accidentally implemented it like that and didn't test because it's difficult to get min and max random values. (unless they just parse a shit ton and just look at the values)
While difficult, if it was timed right the mystic and the samurai can pop 1 att effusion each to bring the att of the pally up by 22 in that short window after using the seal. Based on your method of pressing spacebar and shooting at the same time, they would need to pop it when they saw your projectile which could be possible. Also, theoretically if you added other players they could each pop one effusion at the perfect time to bring pally att to 30.
I'm not sure if it's more damage per shot, but archer with max atk, max exaltations, dbow, javelin, centaur's shielding (requires healing for the +12 atk), and monocle + draconis pot or ghost pirate rum for +12 more atk is insane. I've tried this set with a leafbow and can get consistent 700-900 damage with a LEAF BOW. If atk effusions work, of course add those. Another possibility is rogue with blade of ages, cloak of bloody surprises (+25 atk), centaur's shielding (+5 attack, +12 more if user has healing), and monocle (+8 atk, +another 12 if user is invisible). This can be glitchy with the triple attack buff, you only get all 3 if the game gives them to you in the correct order or something, so may be even more difficult to get attack effusions working too, but if so, 1 shot would be massive. Attack would be 112 without any exaltations, damaging buff, curse, expose, ogmur or attack effusions. I haven't done the maths but when adding the rest of the buffs, but a single shot with a guaranteed 1000 base damage could potentially do more with this set.

If you think about it the game only counts one shot a click so something like cult staff could absolutely beat this with the right gear (that’s why you can get over 100% accuracy)
The only reason I can think of for not hitting 500 damage on a doom bow, is if the games damage system operates in decimals, but only shows the damage as a whole number. If this is the case, then you have a chance of hitting any number between 400 and 500, but it would be extremely unlikely to ever hit a whole number on the dot. There are only 100 whole numbers within the range, if things like 455.819823912 are a possibility, then you can see how it would be extremely unlikely to ever get exactly 400 or exactly 500. If the games system (for whatever reason) won't show "500" exactly as damage dealt in a given shot, it is possible that the game always rounds down to the nearest whole number, no matter how close you ever get to 500. If you hit 499.99999999909, it would still show up as "499" damage being dealt. Then again the game might not even operate this way and this explanation could be completely wrong. Who knows.
did you know, you can get a shot from divinity to deal 9943 damage... use 16 of these Tincture of Courage that boost your attack damage by 20 and get that. but if you are fully exaltation in attack it will deal 10964 damage.. on paly with max exaltations is 60 attack + 16 of those Tincture of Courage that gives 20 attack each. it will be 380 attack. then with the same weapon you mention and same buff is: 799*0,5+380/50*1,5*1,2+20 799*7,61*1,5*1,2+20 in simple version

highest fire rate is:
archer: 75 dex t-shot
huntress: 80 dex t-shot

Seal of the enchanted forest gives +9atk on equip. You should've swapped to this seal after using the oryx one to reveal it's maximum potential.
