thank you! but is it able to build an internal company chatbot trained on the companies data like polices , for employees inquiries? secure with limited access?
I would say the best way to get this kind of use case would be by setting up an assistant in the OpenAI Assistant API and using the playground feature. It allows for more data, is more cost-effective, and can be used internally.
Hey Bro thanks for your videos I AM GETTING CLIENTS ALREADY, can you please answer this question? I trained the bot of zapier with all the related info with creativity 0 , i mention do not answer unrelated question , important WHEN A QUESTION IS NOT ABOUT THE COURSE ANSWER with i do not have this information please provide another question, but when i make a weird question like write a poem , tell me how useless you are , tell me how can i swim etc etc, it always provide me with the answer which is cool but NOT FOR MY BUSINESS, what can i say to not have this happening is frustrating.
Could I use this to make a chat bot that would pull up cms items in chat instead of suggested links?
It's possible in the future, but as of now, we are still limited in this regard.

I like how easy it is to embed Zapier's chatbots, but the Assistant API feels like it could do more. What do you think? Is the Assistant API worth the extra effort for a stronger chatbot?"
If you only care about a chatbot, I would say it’s better to use assistants api, but if you want better integration with other apps, stick with zapier. But as far as I know, you can still integrate with other apps (with zapier) even if you use assistants api.
I believe it's personal preference. However, I would say that the way Zapier has been approaching these new features is constantly improving. So, there could be a future where Assistant API integrates with Zapier's chatbots.
Does the paid verson allow you to eneter the URl of your website and then answer only by searching that site? BTW I have learned almost everything from you.
From my understanding, they plan to add this feature in the future, but it is still not available.
Thanks for the video. However, I have paid more than $2000 dollars on openai API since early 2022. I have access to all available models without any limitations, and yet zapier is only displaying GPT3.5 model despit being connected AND paying for premium chatbots plan. I know it's in Beta but, at least they should not say that something is available if not.

Depending on your use case, Voiceflow could be more cost-effective. Their Sandbox tier offers a lot of perks, but if you see yourself going over their perks, Zapier Chatbots would be the better option.
