I recommend buying the cap tool from MB or generic oil filter cap removal tool at any parts store. It's only a few dollars and could prevent you from causing serious damage to the oil filter cap.
I purchased the proper tool and still couldn't take it off. I put some sand paper over the top and then tapped the tool over it and that worked like a charm.
I can only shake my head at this. People want to drive nice German cars and then cut corners on maintainence. They aren't Hondas. You have to treat them better or they will break.
israel 20 Depends on the model of your engine. Check the car manual. If your car has one. Mine uses 8 quarts. Check the manual for the type of oil. Typically there is a range of oils that you can use.

Just add 12 litres. It's dangerous if it's too low.
