They are both right, the constitution of the United States its incomplete, I don't know about crude but I do know that there are rights that were left out like "the right of privacy" which without a doubt would have had a huge level of importance today not to mention that amendment 28th should have already being a part of the constitution, so yes, the United States constitution is incomplete A personal note regarding the future of the constitution right after its creation, I don't know what the hell was going trough James Madison's head at that moment but it had nothing to do with thinking about the future, otherwise the 2th amendment wouldn't exist the way it does Keep in mind that the US constitution is a 200+ year old document ok? so naturally there are things in that document that are no longer necessary in the world we live today
The 2nd amendment is in the bill of rights…not the constitution. The constitution is a formal setting and outlining of what the government is and how it is to be structured. It’s the basic rules of the game to which we can then create a society through.
@@cordmiller679 No, the Bill of Rights is part of the United States Constitution, consisting of its first ten amendments, constitutional rights are the protections and liberties guaranteed to the people by the U.S. Constitution
This is the exact reason that I got *out* of college. Elitism and self proposed royalty, who have never tasted desperation, trying to impose a sanctimonious sense of worth that is nothing more than a bloated form of rhetoric that is used to tear down and dispose of the very system they have perverted to keep themselves safe from the reality of the world. The reality is this: You can bloviate all you want, to your heart's content, if you wish. But all your talk, all your posturing, and all your remarks used to make someone feel small are nothing compared to the actual knowledge that one man's belief in what he loves will break your snide ass down like a shotgun. An action to which there is no defense. The day a "Harvard Bum" walked as tall as the Goliath.
What have we been teaching our youth for the past 20 years..? Today, they don't even know how to protect their First Amendment to the Constitution of the US..! Talking about the Second... You all know the rest..!
Not without cause they can't. Treason, bribery ect and misdemeanor crimes though the impeachment process. But not for any reasons or just because they feel like it.
Good luck repeatedly overcoming the veto, much less getting any cooperation from the executive agencies with your constituents’ favorite programs 😝 nana nana boo boo

The President serves the People? May once upon a time, but nowadays, it doesn’t look that way

Congress has Constitutional power to kick the head of the Executive Branch to the curb anytime they like...
