I was shouting "STOP" at the screen when he decided to continue cutting with the saw after getting through the bone. I guess if you wanna make some wagyu crumbs, mission accomplished.
Thank you for sharing the video and I am not 1 to try to argue a viewpoint. The food looked great and it was good that you got some comments on it and I hope it helps your alligators or rhythms. Amazing content thus far for me. I am not a Butcher but would guess that Japan has their own rough cuts that may be a mix of other Countries like USA, EU and others.
I bought Wagyu Beef steak a while back. I think it was $100 for two steaks at Costco. I don't know if I cooked it wrong, but it was just disgusting, made me want to puke. Maybe I did not cook it enough. I ended up giving half of it to my dog. He liked it, so maybe it is dog food. And looking at that doesn't make me change my mind. It's the king of things you like if you like deep fried butter sticks.
I cant believe he cut that thing of beauty with a hack saw, even the flesh. So disappointing. The cut was thicker on one side than the other, not allowing for even cooking.
every time i google wagu i want to buy 1 but those prices, I can eat for a month at 400 bucks US. yikes. I know YOLO, but I cannot afford that. i know what would happen i would love it. lol
No butcher worth a damn cuts meat with a saw. They will cut the bone and STOP and cut the meat with a knife. I have had A5 and this looks nothing like A5. Maybe A3
You're right, but that cut is more like a chuck steak right before you get into the rib.. It's waygu,so it's still better than any rib steak most people will ever see or eat.
News flash. You can’t eat a5 wagyu like regular steak. It is a total fat bomb. I’m on the keto diet and love fat. But this meat is marbling with meat slivers. You can really only eat it as an hors d’ouerve. I’ve successfully done the 72oz Big Texan Steak Ranch challenge twice. No way I could eat more than 3-4 oz of this stuff. Definitely worth trying but not a good choice for a meat lover.
Any other type of steak aside from wagyu I'd like that raw but wagyu has to be cooked more to get the full flavor from it. Rare cooked wagyu = the fat not melting enough. That wagyu steak was sadly wasted. But to each their own! Just my opinion
Had a steak today, total cost 8 euros and it was very nice so the steak they are selling for that rip off price,i suppose you will always find a clown willing to pay that price.
There is a tool for scraping off bone dust, use it! That is a rib steak and it needs to be trimmed. If that came to my table I would laugh at the waiter and ask if I could punch the chef in the face please. White hot cast iron pan 30 sec each side to form a proper crust salt and pepper done. From an actual Chef. And that ain’t wagu!
Hard to watch. So many things wrong going on here, starting with the name of the cut. But, I guess in the back end of it all, - it's just a piece of meat that'll probably eat good, no matter what you do to it.😂
Considering Wagyu prices $2.000 for 22 kg isn't terrible. At least only salt and pepper are used, so the meat must be excellent. Only seasoning any good meat will need.
La carne presa congelata messa direttamente sul fuoco fa schifo. Deve scongelare, frollare con erbe aromatiche almeno in paio di ore ( dopo almeno 4/6 settimane di frigo prima). Poi cottura. Questa e' sprecata...

no belt saw ,what other choice do they have? I want mine co
@@tax905972 Surprised I have to explain this. Cut the bone with the saw, the meat with a knife.
And it wasn't even a "pull" saw!
Great job cooks looks very tasty, and I know the price is out of this world and from the looks of it it would be worth it. 👍
That Rib-Eye is still mooing.
That's why I LOVE T-Bones
Nice to see cooking delicius foods here from diffrent countrys I live in europa must say bravo bravo Bravissimo ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
It does look like a standing Rib roast.
Okay, I'm 5 minutes into it and I haven't seen a t-bone yet!! is it later in the video?
that's a rib steak and not a T-Bone steak
Yup.
I've eaten raw bearded clam. I loved it!❤😂🎉😊
Yes, definitely a ribeye 👍

Lol this should definitely help the alligator.
Madness
On white bread?
Looks like a ribeye not a T-bone
Agreed
I'm UK butcher and yep that's 100% rib eye on the bone as T.Bone has fillet left in it
@@rad68 Right, larger fillet (after rib 6 I think) = Porterhouse
Yep
@@rad68that's called a Porter house steak... Worked in the meat industry for 25y

¿Por qué no se usa la sierra eléctrica?
O usar la Hatcha como yo y los demas ?
This one is an A5 wagyu rib roast…. the marble is so nice…
Wow, that is a beauty. I can see why it's the world's best steak. Delicious looking.
Incredibly good! Thanks for watching!
You would think they would have had a band saw.
Waygu BLT? I wasn’t aware there was now Waygu pork.
I cant believe he cut that thing of beauty with a hack saw, even the flesh. So disappointing. The cut was thicker on one side than the other, not allowing for even cooking.
Also, not a T bone.
He rib eye is the round circular muscle in the middle of the joint it’s just a long fore rib
Not a t bone , in bone ribeye
Yeh…..that’s what I noticed too.
I bought the same one from Aldis for $20
What a great cut and beautiful looking.
Две тысячи 🤔 да за две тысячи можно быка целиком купить.
He tried to be a cowboy. Hop sing was all hat no cattle
Not t bone its rib no fillet but looks lovely
At those prices he needs to try and retain the juices when grilling!
every time i google wagu i want to buy 1 but those prices, I can eat for a month at 400 bucks US. yikes. I know YOLO, but I cannot afford that. i know what would happen i would love it. lol

No butcher worth a damn cuts meat with a saw. They will cut the bone and STOP and cut the meat with a knife. I have had A5 and this looks nothing like A5. Maybe A3
T-bone is from the short loin. That's a rib.
You're right, but that cut is more like a chuck steak right before you get into the rib.. It's waygu,so it's still better than any rib steak most people will ever see or eat.
it`s not a T-Bone. It`s a cote de boeuf, or beef cutlet...but it looks good!
10:11 Please don't cut my steak into slices. I'll cut it myself :)
Rib eye not T Bone
we have a nice human meat stake house in Brutoslava, come visit! you have to try schoolgirl stake!
First of all that isn't a T Bone steak. It is the first cut bone in ribeye. There is no tenderloin on the steak.
I can buy the whole cow with $2000,😂😂😂
Not Anymore….!
@joer.8132 yes I can, $1600 from my neighbor 1700 pound
That’s wagyu alright but that ain’t A5
Such high class high fat meat deserves a medium or even medium well grade on a natural charcoal grill to kick you to new heights
should have waited for it to defrost, also coal/wood would give it a better taste than a gas grill
Thank God I’m a Carnivore!
Undercooked by about 6 minutes.
It is a ribeye minus the filet mignon.
T bone has fillet steak on the other side of the bone. Thats not a T bone steak
Exactly

Not a T Bone rib eye
THIS IS NOT A T-BONE! AND ITS RAW!👎
I kept thinking, when are they going to finish cooking it?
@@bubbahax4254 Wagyu is typ. served blue as I recall.

That's a ribeye, not tone lol
What’s tone?
@brucemackenzie4952 sorry misspelled from fat fingers haha. Meant to say t-bone
$2,000 for that? I can imagine the head chef going "Mako! If you drop that on the floor, I will kill you..." 💀😂
6 birrion Yen prease.
No way I'm spending 2k for that. Nope!
It’s already over cooked and he cooking it more. Throwing fat away is throwing away the taste
5:00 Holy Mother Of.
That’s a full cut beef rib steak bone in. Super Good! Not t-bone.

This looks like it’s pretty tough to me, if you have to cut it with a saw. I can cut my steak with a regular steak knife.
The meat was frozen! check begining of video
It's a shame that that piece of meat was so poorly grilled.
I'm not impressed with the cookery of the steak. And he butchered the meat using a saw from a woodwork shop. It doesn't even looked cooked properly.
I dont get why people spend so much money on a lump of fat
It so great they're still having to lather it in salt and pepper.......
There are so many ways to cook expensive meat. Burning it over s fire is near criminal.
Disgusting!
Grilling a frozen steak? Yuck!
Wouldn’t eat here.
definitely not a T Bone
Overpriced

They removed the tenderloin so that’s really a strip loin with the t-bone attached

All hype.
$350-500 bucks a piece for that T-Bone i'm guessing. Shame. Half fat cut of meat-only in Japan, a sumo culture. Fat is king.
Cooked very badly, this chef should be desbarred....,.heeeelp!!!!!!
Not a Tbone . Not cooked . Cut on the slant . Ruined !
