I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of the colon. Despite this, it effects to entire body. As a 17 year old athlete, It was very hard to watch all my muscle mass, fat, and strength leave my body. I lost 25 pounds in a month and couldn’t even hold down food. it’s been a few months, and I’m trying to get some strength back. With my disease, even walking down the hall at school is tiring now. Simple but effective workouts like this are so helpful to get some of us get back into the flow of things. Thank you !!

I just want to say thanks for making this workout. I turned on workout vids and then put my music on but I wasn’t feeling it and kept changing the vid 2 minutes in. I was about to quit then I found your video and it’s just so fun and engaging. I was going to just do this but now I want to be more because I’m pumped up and motivated. Tysm! I've been struggling with my weight a lot ever since childhood and i genuinely feel ready to get my normal body back

having spinal fusion done on my back made me never attempt ab exercises that is related to bending my back. thanks to this, i can still do ab exercises while standing and not bending my back much :D thank you!

Hey there! Welcome! Most of my workouts are designed similarly to HIIT - intense moves for 20-30 seconds with less intense moves in between. The one's I've labelled high intensity specifically are the closest to HIIT!
