Zilea gets trash talked pretty much the whole time he streams, even by his subs and moderators, and the only time he rages is at the game itself. 20+ years of internet experience is plenty of time to realize you're just wasting your energy getting offended by trolls or responding to them. Teenagers and people in their early 20s are usually more protective of their egos under all circumstances, and even if they know it is a troll they will try to 1-up them, prove them wrong, or get angry and call them an idiot which is just what a troll wants. Then there's people over 50 who have relatively little experience dealing with trolls and get really bent of shape when they encounter one and it results in a doctoral thesis. :P

Streamers can't threaten to leave if they are remotely successful. You don't leave a job that pays you well on your own hours to go back to the actual work force. The saltiness can be understandable because some people take value from getting good at a game and dominating because they are really good, so it can be tough to constantly play a game where someone that has no idea what they are doing just crushes you because you draw so poorly and they draw so well.

Card games are always going to have randomness, games will always be won and lost based on bad draws and dream topdecks. The difference is that in Hearthstone, games will also won and lost based on variance in what your cards do when you play them. For example, weather or not a minion wins a joust, weather lightning storm hits a particularly important minion for 2 or 3, weather a Piloted Shredder creates a Captain's Parrot or a Totem Golem, In 90% of card games, if 2 players draw the same cards against each other and play them in the same order, one player will probably have a 100% win rate, in Hearthstone it could very well be 50/50.
I mean quitting for a while or announcing a vacation and being transparent about it is the more honorable thing to do. It's what Totalbiscuit did so that the fans who did want to see more of his content knew what to expect in the future during long breaks between his content releases. And Reckful actually quit streaming for a while unlike Reynad who came back after like 3 days.

If u are not satisfied with those seven cards you can mulligan as many times as u want. If u have 4 of specific card there is a 47% chance of drawing that in your initial seven. So we have between 20-25 lands in a magic deck, depending on archetype, and u can have as many basic lands as u want. Now, without going to deep with how a manabase is constructed in magic, lets just say that there is a whole lot of cards that can generate two different kinds of mana. And that thing you said that a lot of magic players migrated to hearthstone? Please, that is complete bullshit and made up. Let me put it like this: Hasbro owns the company that owns the Magic: The Gathering trademark. It is Hasbros all time biggest franchise. Guess what other franchises Hasbro owns? My Little Pony. If you would take a look at the professional decks, you would see, that the mana-base consists almost purely of non-standard lands. That minimizes the "luck" of the land-draw...
Even with the lands, it's 90% less RNG based than HS. Simple as that. We always know what our cards will do, in HS it's still a guess.
