I felt the same way... wanting to go to sleep and never wake up again...sigh its really damaging to the heart when you've lost your soulmate. I discovered these videos here and they gave me hope and faith that I still have a chance to win her love back, spite how rough things are looking for me right now. The message I feel gets lost in fear, it’s important to know that most of us watching this are in a negative place of fear, so when you say it’s about being happy our ears perk up but then when you say the “or else” it gets us back to fear.
There’s a huge difference between
“When you become the person you want to be and find happiness and fulfillment alone, it will act as gravity to those around you”
And
“If you fail to change who you are because who you are isn’t enough you will lose them”

The “or else” way of putting things isn’t helpful and doesn’t pump us up, it just scares us and makes us wonder more why who we are fundamentally isn’t enough
Your videos have pumped me up and made me a better person. How things have changed in a small time. I already have more energy, sleeping better, I have a closer relationship with my children, looking and feeling better. I joined a few groups and making loads more friends, so many in fact I can't keep up with them all. You all have helped me so much. I have a future and I can see clearly! Exercise exercise exercise. See your doctor tell them what's happened get help. Love yourself, how can anyone love you if you don't love yourself.

I am in week 5 of no contact, my ex left me over a year ago but we reconnected this year and things got messed up because I was in a hurry and he's in a new relationship. Long story short, I am doing me. Searching for the girl I was when we met over 7 years ago, truly being happy again. I hope that he feels the same about me as I do him, just in February we we're crying and laughing and the love is still there. I'm not going to lose hope but honestly, the more time passes, the easier it gets. So glad I found this TH-cam channel, it really helps. Why would u want to get back with a person who dumped you if with time you move on and love yourself?!
Because If you do it you're out of the depression and feeling desperate which your ex doesn't want. If want your ex back you have to force yourself to do this challenge of changing. And when you're at that point of happiness you can also decide if you even want your ex back or not. So when you see your ex you'll be so fresh and new she/he will want you because it's like she/he has never known you because you're a new person. That's what's attractive. Unfortunately this is some bs to go through but it's all part of the plan I just hate how hard it this has to be, wish there was an easier way.

Please do a video on long term friendship relationships that turned into a new loving relationship. How to make it work. How to get it back if 1 flees out of fear of commitment. The battles that interferes with the previous friendship and how to keep the friendship part in the new lovers relationship going. I don't see these types of videos but as you know this type of relationship can be very explosive and intense bc the 2 people were already friends. This type of relationship can be bad bc the old friendship part can get lost in the newly sexual very intense part of the relationship. It can be a emotional rollercoaster as the 2 people already care for each other as long-term friends and running buddies. It can be very happy at times bc the 2 friends already had love for one another. But communication shifts bc now they are not sharing info and always talking like friends they are sharing like lovers.

Merci beaucoup 🌼 I'm not contacting my ex for two or three months now unless I need to move stuff out of the house etc but otherwise no contact. So true about shining your light ... I faked that for a month or so but burnt out ... it really does need to be real and motivated from a place of self care ... not to try make him want you back etc. I'm trying to gather the reins of self care now but it is hard. I'm a single mum and its difficult to carve out time for these things. But we all need to regardless I think as if we truly feel great our sparkle comes back and that positively affects everyone around you 💗

My ex finished the relationship suddenly after 10 months. In the last couple of months my low self esteem got the better of me. I put him on a pedestal. I never chased him and I hardly ever initiated contact so he's used to me not contacting him. It's just when we spent time together my inner pain would come up. I don't have much of an income so I'm feeling powerless to get help.
I became more happy with my life and my relationship with the people around me, in the past.. all I want was just to lay down and cry and not care with the things I should be dealing with like school works and deadlines.. but as time passes by, I became more happy although I detached myself from social media because It is one of the reason or a thing that hurts me, like seeing him posting a lot.. i did also the radio silence and not making him the priority.. he starts to reach out, everyday and sometimes I meet him and sometimes I dont, but I keep my self happy and vibrant and not ask him to walk me home whenever we meet.. and it may not be the time where he will ask to get back but theres a progress, all thanks to the videos I've watched from this channel. patience is a virtue

How do you pull away when you live together? We dated but didn't date exclusively. Now he's seeing someone else, casually. I pulled back as much as I can with having to talk almost daily about general things that have to do mostly with the logistics of the house since I can't move and I watch his kids.
Other than leaving the house when I can and not going out of my way to do things for him, I'm not sure what else to do....
is it really worth it getting back with a person who left the other person mercilessly at first (no matter how badly I want HIM to be with me) and then returns because now he would get what he wants . What is your suggestion?

Watching every video on this channel makes me feel so much calmer about my relationship! You definitely have helped so much! I got the chance to talk to my ex again and now we’re kind of back together but haven’t made it official to call each other boyfriend and boyfriend. I’m having problems with overthinking a lot! I tend to overthink and that’s what puts me in a sad mood and stops me from actually enjoying the moment with him. He’s very happy to be talking to me and we’ve gone out a couple of times and it’s gone great! What do you think I could do about overthinking? I love him but I tend to think too much of the future and if I’m still going to feel love for him next week. Or tomorrow or whenever. I get some anxiety from overthinking.
We got together after 5 months of not talking. Only exchanging like 3 or 4 emails throughout those months. He’s definitely changed and improved his life and I feel like I have too.

The thing is we are afraid to lose our love for our significant if we are going to change, actually i know i'm having some bad behavior that makes me feel bad about myself, only when i have prospective of the future and make decision everyday based on this vision can make me happy. My question is, can a couple back together and be happy again without losing the prospective of their self? I just know i was pretty happy when he made me part of his life. Well it's all about balance. You can still and should have your own goals and life when you're with someone. The tragic part is when you live your life through that other person and you become so dependent on them that you lose your identity. I've been guilty of that a lot but it's a lesson everyone has to learn. Nothing is more attractive than your significant other who has goals of their own.
could you guys do a video over an ex who is considering a restraining order?
I did no contact for 30 days after being dumped, reached out and asked her to volunteer with me a couple of weeks ahead of time on a Tuesday and she warmly said she'd look into it so i left her alone until Sunday. I messaged her that Sunday telling her I wanted to fix things and she didn't reply. I realized I had to go into no contact once again but I wanted to show her things could be different (i was different now). I showed up unexpectedly to her house the following morning and we talked for 5 mins or so and I let her know I was going to disappear for awhile. The following day I left a letter at her place with all these things I still had that reminded me of her in order so I wouldn't have her on my mind all the time. She saw the items a couple of hours later and said that I was making her feel uncomfortable for showing up unexpectedly and leaving things and that if i didn't stop she'd file a restraining order on me.
I haven't responded and I don't think I should as my letter says I am no longer going to try and force things between us but instead I was looking to move on from this heartbreak. As tacky and weird as it all sounds, I'd still very much like to be with her someday, once we are both healed, matured, and ready. I know I have to do no contact now more than ever but have you guys seen people who have been threatened with a restraining order or even gone through one actually get back with their ex?

This works 2 ways though because I feel her "friend"(who apparently was there the last 3 months before she dumped me)is getting the best of her and she doesnt even appear to be effected by dumping me after 14 years all the while I try to just feel normal. Love doesnt just hurt it sucks

It just came to me but I remember my ex telling me she had started seeing a life coach when we were still together. At that time I thought it was a fabulous idea for her. She wanted to implement some good habits and have a mentor in her life. I still think that it's wonderful for her to have that for her personal growth. Now that I've taken a moment to step back and look back...This life coach may have played a part in the breakup since the relationship was long distant. Not to point fingers in any way, I know I played a huge part in this breakup. I guess what I'm trying to ask or say is...Could the life coach on her end maybe implementing some of same strategies or techniques that you use here? I think my ex thought that I took her for granted and just assumed that everything was fine in the long distant relationship.Obviously now I believe she wanted more of a commitment and to show me she was serious she broke up with me to get a reaction? The silence treatment seems all to familiar? The phone calls that went unanswered in the beginning of breakup...the texts that where not responded upon? Hi I would like your advice please I have been part from my ex for nearly 7 weeks now. How do you show that you noticed and are working on what I needed to personally work on for not only myself but the relationship over social media. Or after NC do I send a letter stating that I realized wha to did and had no reason to be on him about things or how I let the things people told me and small things that bothered me change how I acted and reacted to things he did.( but he also did the same to me) what I realized is that i didn’t need to get on him at all because he was just being himself and the paranoia and insecurity I took on from the relationship caused me to act not like the women he feel in love with and made him think I wasn’t all about him or thought that same of him. When under all the clouds or paranoia and the problems I let cloud my mind and take over. Guys I am so down and out. My ex broke up with me about 3 weeks or so ago. We work together and STILL live together. Hes about to move out. When it was the time to left I caught my male friend from his arm and he was walking away to leave too but I don't know if he saw that or one his friend I hope not being misunderstood bad timing I think well when I came home I noticed that I was block from every social media! 😂

Hey coach Alex & Adrian, I was in a 6 yr relationship and we broke up about 3 week ago and it was because i was to emotionally attached and it pushed him away said he felt trapped and couldn’t breath. I didn’t notice I was doing that but we had problems before. Well we lived together for 2 years and he said he misses his family and wants to be there for his mom since she’s older and always in physical pain but I’m not sure how to go about this. We spoke and hung out after today and we hugged for a long time couple times, he does miss me but he doesn’t want to say anything else. He has some stuff here still at our place so idk if that’s a good sign or what. Im getting mixed signals at this moment. I felt the connection when we hugged and he did too. So how can I continue making him miss me and eventually make him want to come back home?

hey coach Natalie Alex, My ex gf broken up last 3 months ago... I chased her and begged her around 15 days... after that I started no contact .... in between NC I saw my ex blocked me on Facebook then later she unblocked too ... after completing NC first I done with message to reach her... she talked me of 2-3 text and then she started ignoring my text later I disappeared for 10-15 days and once again i texted her and apologized my mistake over text to her .... and finally she said she dont want to be in relastionship with me .... and blocked me on fb .... and i noticed day before yesterday once again she unblocked me on fb...... and when I saw I finally blocked her, where she used to block me ( Fb) ... am not able to understand why she behaving like this .... blocking and unblocking, ignoring my text and all please help me please coach Natalie Alex
