I think it’s important to be realistic here. It’s already rare that people will change at all. But if they do, it takes time to change. So unless you want to go back to the same thing you left, they’re probably just saying they’ve changed because they’re saying what they know you want to hear. Things might go well for a month. But it’ll go right back to the same old. Be careful what you wish for.

And he continues to say that we're only friends but I know that he's attracted to me because he likes the scent of me and he misses me in the morning because we have breakfast in bed.
